DO NOT STAY HERE I (unfortunately) live here and cannot get out of contract. There has been problem after problem and the people who own the place do nothing at all to help. The toilets in the rooms stink, had leaks from the ceiling, fire alarms going off at all hours, bug infested apartments, the wardrobes break, water from taps is brown and the latest issue is the building turning off the aircon in every single room in the building on a Sunday with no one to speak to to get it sorted. My family came to visit and stayed in 2 of the hotel rooms to be close by to us and it was a disaster. Both toilets broke within 12 hours of them being here and the staff told them they will be paying for it and when we stated they wouldn’t be paying they took away all clean towels from them for the rest of the week as “punishment”. The door handle to the bathroom came off in your hand and reception charged £20 because one of the card keys were left in the hotel room upstairs. I could go on and on and on. Moral of the story is DO NOT STAY HERE

Terrible management, front desk staff, are so rude ( the morrocan boy and the morrocan girl) the aisian girls are so sweet though. False Alarm is on and off, sometimes over 30 times per day, most of the time around midnight, sometimes I cry. no body care whenever you ask for help. They will only reply: noted. Access doors are always dirty and unhygienic. Ac at the gym is always off, or at 26 degrees, it’s like sauna room, nobody can exercise in those conditions. Poor maintenance for the pool. I can’t wait to finish my contract and get out of this place disgusting building.

Excellent place, good location, helpful team, big room, quiet street, comfortable, near to globe village, and mircal garden 20 minutes to JBR, 2 minutes walking to circal mall, highly recommended.

Great location , 25 Minutes to DXB airport , 5 minutes to Global village and Miracle Garden, We had 2 apartments both were great. Was a family trip, Loved the grounds and all the staff were friendly and helpful, Recommend

Been in this Hotel twice.. just crash by, at first I took a room it was deluxe and city view, room is so clean and bed is super comfy and the view is stunning.. the day after i took another room it's deluxe as well but it's a pool view..so fabulous .over all the staff are very helpful...love to crash again someday

If I could give a less review I would. We moved here in April 2022 and have suffered from the start. Management was awful. AC hasn’t worked properly from the beginning leaving us with mould and dampness. Building management has cut the AC off to the unit la to try make tenants pay for they’re mistakes. Leaks in the bathrooms. Units not sealed correctly and WiFi is always an issue. I’ve been stuck in a lift that keeps breaking more than once. Was told after we moved in that building rules have changed and can’t allow any outside cleaning company in our apartment. Some tenants who have pets have been told to remove them even though this wasn’t stipulated in the lease agreement. Leaks in ceilings of the corridors, door frames are hanging off and takes them MONTHS to come “fix” something only for it to fall about again. Staff are rude and talk to you asif you’re stupid. We’re trying to break lease because we can’t take it anymore!

We leased an apartment in April and it has been a complete disaster since Ac doesn't work Leak in wall between bathroom and spare room Constant dampness The hall is constantly leaking Please avoid at all costs The building is not sealed and dust can enter Staff are incompetent to put it very mildly Worst building in Dubai

One of the best hotels that I have visited. It is characterized by the elegant treatment, the cleanliness of the place, and the calmness of the area. In addition, it is close to all services. I really recommend the experience. It is one of the most enjoyable experiences ever.
