Perfect hotel for couples, very nice food selections, the breakfast is very good, the pools are very clean and good for children too

Beautiful hotel

A very beautiful resort! Great for couples. Very romantic. The lagoon is lovely. Service was excellent! 14 restaurants located in the resort with plenty of choices and great quality. The room and furniture might be a bit dated, but that wouldn’t affect the overall very happy stay!

We just got back from a 2 night stay for my 40th, and all I can say is Wow! Everything was perfect, from check-in, to the rooms, the views, and the food. We went with our 3 year old for the first night to celebrate my birthday and then the second night it was just my husband and I (we live in Dubai) and what a treat this stay was. Thank you to Haitham and Bilal for going above and beyond as well as the concierges, waiters, and car hops…just 5 star all along!

This hotel is a liar, I hope everyone will not stay in this hotel. The cause was: I stayed in the hotel for one night on April 4, 2023, and fell on the wooden floor by the hotel pool as shown in Figure 2, resulting in a broken left ankle. The height difference of this wooden floor is only about 5 centimeters, but the wooden floor of this color of more than 100 square meters can not see any height difference at all, and there is no hint next to the wooden floor, so unfortunately, one day before returning to China at 17:00 :30 fell on this wooden floor. I despise the hotel’s trea**ent later on! The hotel first helped me with the emergency trea**ent and simply bandaged it. I heard that I would let the hotel pay for the trea**ent at the nearby Dubai hospital, so the hotel staff asked for instructions and finally asked a driver to drive. Sent me to the hospital, but only my 15-year-old daughter and I handled the various filming and payment matters in the hospital. The driver left me at the hospital gate and returned to the hotel. He said that I would call the driver when I finished watching. Come pick me up at the gate of the hospital again. I have never been to a Dubai hospital, and I am not familiar with the process of seeing a doctor. Fortunately, my English is ok, and I have no problem communicating with the doctor in English, but my foot hurts! I had to let my daughter push me to deal with all kinds of things in the hospital. The hotel said: Let me go to the hospital to see a doctor first, and then give them the bill for reimbursement. However, when I returned to the hotel after seeing the doctor at 22:30 that night, no one told me who would pay me, and it cost more than 3,700 RMB. The next morning, my daughter and I checked out at 6:30 and prepared to go to the airport, because the plane returned home at 10:22. I asked the hotel front desk when they could lose money to me. The hotel front desk left me a front desk phone number and email address, but I sent an email to the email address when I arrived at Dubai Airport. It has been more than a month since today, and no one has responded. Me, nor any emails asking how my recovery is going. At the beginning of May, I asked Ctrip to ask me about the progress of my compensation. The hotel replied that they were going through the insurance compensation process, but it has been almost two months. The receiving bank card I left before leaving the hotel has not yet I received a penny of compensation for medical expenses, and the hotel has not paid me a penny of the more than 3,700 yuan I spent on myself. The credit of the hotel is extremely bad. First, they lied to me to go to Dubai Hospital to pay the medical expenses in advance, then lied to me to contact them by email, and then lied to Ctrip to go through the insurance process. This hotel is a total liar!
