Not a bad hotel.

comfort and happiness

The end room of the room is consistent with the picture. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom and bathtub, which is puzzling. The breakfast is okay and delicious. The variety is not so rich, but the quality is okay.

It took me along time to pick a hotel in Dubai. I am so happy I decided to stay here with my boys. The staff were incredible from check-in. Everyone from the pool staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff and everyone at the front. The hotel is a 40AED taxi from the airport, a nice walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj, and only a 55AED taxi to Alantis on the Palm, The hotel offers a few shuttles there as well. The pool is warm and the views are amazing. The breakfast might be the best breakfast I’ve had at any restaurant ever. I’m on a 7 Country trip right now and this was the best of the best but nowhere near the most expensive. We will be back in Dubai and we will be back at Radisson Blu on the Canal. Thank you staff

Brenda at reception was and is fantastic. Always ready to help, remembers the small details, and goes out of her way to make sure you’re satisfied. She made my Radisson Blu experience much better.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were kept clean.

We loved our stay at Radisson Blu Canal View Dubai. Get the bad points out of the way, our room was booked for 2 adults 3 kids. Arrived and the room was a tight fit, not made up to accommodate us (bed was a sofa & no place for an 3rd child until another bed was brought) and it was 2am arrival. Once made up was still very small. Needed a family room but was unaware at the time of booking (thought the booking would adjust to our needs - not allow us to book a smaller room). Good points & there is plenty! Firstly it’s a great location, close to the mail & Burj Khalifa (£4-6 in a taxi), easy from the airport (15mins, we took the hotel shuttle, which is a good option & price is worthwhile if a large group like our 7 in total), new hotel with view of the Burj Khalifa (our room was cleaned daily by Dev & his team, making towel characters for our kids), also good views from pool area, breakfast was great with lots of variety (our son has a peanut allergy and the staff were amazing throughout our stay making safe food, Daz at breakfast & Alice/Blessed/Shibin @Bai bar were so attentive & made us feel so safe), not far from the beach (20 mins £10-12 taxi). I would definitely stay again due to the high service and personal experience we had (maybe I’d just book the larger room to help our stay)! Thank you to the Radisson team for making our stay as peanut safe as possible and allowing us to feel very cared for! Oh & great location for NYE party to see the Burj Khalifa fire works show!!

No proper maintenance. Only 1 towel will be provided for 4 people.

Super hotel and staff didn’t appreciate the venues valley parking the guys always didn’t come to you like other 5 star parking and check out was strange they made me feel like I was trying to steal feel them

Excellent stay.

Gut. Für unsere Zwecke gut zentral gelegen, aber durch die dünne Verglasung des Hotels, auch in den oberen Etagen immer laut (leider auch nachts) durch den Strassenverkehr. 5* sind für die heutige Zeit nicht angemessen. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sollte überarbeitet sowie das Haus modernisiert werden. Zimmerservice Personal vom Frühstück, Reception und Concierge sehr gut und professionell.

Good central location for sight seeing. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice rooms and good restaurant. Pool area has an awesome view
