The hotel is ideally located and easily accessible. We came as a big family for an event with our grand father who is sick. The service at first was just horrible (the most unpleasant person being the reception manager) following several complaints it finally came to an acceptable level, leaving the feeling that we were unnecessarily difficult. The same for the cleaning, we had cockroaches on two incidents including in the bed, we equally voiced firmly our concerns to get the necessary attention and care especially for our grand dad who’s sick. The food is OK with several options except halal and sugar free options. Again here the staff at breakfast except some specific employees is poorly trained and occasionally unprofessional, every interaction required arguments to explain basic customer service. In terms of value for money, we expected a better service in general. Nevertheless after solid arguments improvements were made to make us feel comfortable. We won’t come back here but it’s worth sharing constructive feedback known to the public.
