The hotel room has high floors and the hotel service is good. We booked a deluxe double bed room. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and upgraded the suite for free (on the 21st floor). The room was comfortable and spacious, clean and tidy, and also presented fruit and milk. I was very satisfied. Check in.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years. I like it very much. It is clean and quiet. The front desk and room service staff are also very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The rice noodles are really delicious! Living here really feels like home.

常住這家酒店了，每次去橫店幾乎都是選擇住這家酒店，以前在劇組也都是住這家酒店。這次來住這家酒店有點失望，給安排的1510房間窗户太小了，本來想換房間的，想了太麻煩了，酒店的早餐也越來越差了，下次到橫店暫時不會再選擇這家酒店了，嘗試住住其他酒店試試看了。

整體滿意，商務型酒店。優點: 前台辦理入住速度快。這次入住15層，客房打掃阿姨服務非常好！每天都能按要求幫忙打掃。酒店房間保養的還不錯，面積差不多30平，這次的房間能遠眺夢外灘和明清宮苑，離着兩個景點很近。打車去到橫店的各個方面，還算划算方便。早餐不錯，偏中式餐品，能吃飽吃好，甜品裏的切塊蛋糕非常好吃。酒店外有兩片小花園，環境優美。不足: 沒有找到健身房，標識上寫的KTV等設施。周圍公交車少而且間隔時間長（橫店公交車少，都不好等），短期橫店遊玩可能更適合自駕遊或者打車。
