The hotel is very good, but reception staff is really complicated. Cannot change US$, cannot make a deposit with credit card, nobody speaks any English at all. Would be useful to have at least one person that speaks English beside Chinese.

房間很大，衞生間也很大，乾淨整潔，走廊有地毯，隔音效果都不錯，前台服務態度很好，很有禮貌，應該是附近最好的酒店啦。

酒店房間很大，設施配套也很齊全，衞生還很好的。江景夜景很美，點上一杯飲料，靜靜的坐着，微風拂過，很舒服，心情很放鬆。酒店停車也是免費的，下次還會再來。

江景非常漂亮，意外驚喜。酒店規模挺大，房間也大氣，就是有點年頭了，能看出當時的野心和榮光。挨着東江能看到萬江的一線江景，算是這附近非常高性價比的酒店了，單論房間的話比尼羅河好。唯一缺點是附近餐飲之類配套比較少，還是要去到華南mall附近吃喝玩樂才多。

這是一間我住後20分鐘內想退房的酒店。
房間一股黴味，馬桶間怪味難聞，牆面黴跡，馬桶蓋嚴重發黃，每次洗浴後隔壁馬桶地面就積水！
服務嘛，有送水果，但入住時訂單明明備註延遲退房還告訴我12點退。。再三核對後14點。 13:15在睡覺來電話沒去接，13:30有人上來敲門問續住還是退房…13:55又來電説退房時間快到了！這服務真好，巴不得客人快走。 如果13:45/13:50打一個電話來問我倒覺得合理，拚命打擾。
退房是反饋了房間怪道問題，直接要給我送禮…但我什麼都不要，如實反饋，該改正該提升服務那才是重點。
住得不開心，性價比不太高，酒店顯舊,插座好遠…快400元

酒店邊上的景色很美，江邊走走很舒服。酒店配套很都很全面，6樓空中花園望出去風景很美，早茶蠻好吃的，大堂還有兔兔耶.江邊走走很舒服。休閑娛樂兩不誤，吃飯，唱歌，健身，散步。。。。。休閑娛樂兩不誤，很舒心。很愜意。
