The light went out on Thursday night until early Friday morning. There was no generator and I sleep with medical equipment. There were not notices, apologies, no one to answer the phone or response to inquiries the next day. Friday evening I asked the young man working the desk did they have a card, he said no. I asked for a 800 number he did not know. I asked about the black out nothing. I asked for sheets he gave me sheets that felt like sand paper. The room was clean except behind the toilet, there was urine stains and hair. The water smelled like sewage the first night, but was better the next day. Overall o would rate the stay a 3. The staff was nice , but I’m still wondering about the blackout that was not addressed.

Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. The pool was clean and available for use. The breakfast wasn’t the best because they didn’t have like the pancakes or waffles that I’m used to but everything was very clean. They were helpful. They gave us extra towels and answered any questions we had. If I’m ever back in the area I would definitely stay there again.

Booked a “suite”
With a bathtub….
Checked in and was put in a handicap room… tv didn’t work… the sheets and pillows smelled old and unwashed… will not be back here!

Breakfast was crappy. Need blackout drapes. Parking light flooded room with bright lights. Toilet ran all night due to someone putting a washcloth in the tank!!!
