I stayed at your hotel during a busy time and I experienced exceptional service from the front desk team. Their efficiency and assistance were amazing 😍😍😍. But there was a small problem. Even though three people were helping guests, there were only two computers. This made things a bit slow. Adding another computer could make things smoother.

As soon as I entered the room, the waiter thoughtfully delivered fruits and snacks, because I was worried that I would arrive in the afternoon and be hungry. The view from the room was really nice but I feel like I got scammed because I booked the room with early check-in in advance and when I arrived I was asked to pay for upgrade because they didn’t have the room. I paid because I was dead after the night flight. The furniture in the room is quite old, it has kitchen with no equipment, massive wardrobe like you come there for months :) The breakfast was horrible too, it’s easier to eat somewhere else.

When I first booked, I thought the price was wrong, very cheap and good quality. It should be a four-star bar. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are large and quiet. The buffet selection in the morning is quite a bit. The PLUTO restaurant on the first floor was so expensive. I ordered a snack, with a fried egg on top, two thin slices of beef in the middle, and a slice of toast below, which cost USD15. In addition, the wind and sand in Doha is very strong, and you can see that thick ash has accumulated on the window glass.
