It’s a nice hotel, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s great that it has a pool and a mini beach. It is located conveniently 15-20 minutes from all landmarks & malls. The club next door plays music extremely loud from midnight until closing time at 2AM. The biggest downside was that we were staying on the 20th floor/seaside view and could still hear the music & base loudly. It disturbed our good night sleep and that’s very unfortunate since the beds are so comfortable.

Luxury hotel in west bay with private beach and very nice staff. Metro is a bit far but Uber is very easy and cheap.

We had a wonderful time experience at The Hilton. Clean, good service and wonderful people. Will definitely book again. Thank you

Food was great Swimming pool and beach was amazing

Stayed for 6 nights paid upfront. Mold and smoking smell on the 24th floor. Then they moved us to the 11th floor mold and bad shower for another 2 nights. We ended up in the 15th floor on the last night in a good room. Breakfast is average. A hell of a stay for a hilton hotel. The beach is nice and well maintained. There is a good sushi restaurent in the hotel.

Location of the hotel was great. A bit of construction going on aroud the hotel. Facilities were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay

Don’t expect to get good service at the Hilton. I don’t understand why every service team looks at the Chinese people with strange eyes, including when I went to the dinner buffet to pour water for white people, I omitted it😓 I like it so much ***** I ordered 3800 per person After staying late at night, the hotel changed my room for me. I also asked if there was a good view. The manager said, "There is a large beautiful beach where you can see." In the name of it, they added breakfast and dinner to the executive lounge, but it was of no use. I changed my panoramic ocean view suite to a half-view suite priced at RMB 2,000. The only thing that was better was that there was a private beach. The other services were no longer available. I usually went to a private spa for a massage at RMB 1,000. I stayed for an extra hour and wanted to put on makeup. The service staff Don't let me understand

The hotel's facilities are a bit old and the service is sometimes very good, but sometimes not so good. For example, when we asked to order a taxi, we were “asked” to simply call a taxi ourselves. Restaurants are very expensive. Beach and pool area is very nice. However, the sun is behind the building quite early and the sea and pool are quite cold. But we still really enjoyed our stay. But we got a really good time and wouldn't pay more.

Spent 2 nights before the cruise. I really liked the hotel, especially because of its own beach and good location.
