Very nice stay. The owner/operator allowed me to check-in even though they were having the carpets shampooed. He made sure my room was one of the first cleaned so the carpet was dry. It had ALL the amenities. There was a recliner in the corner the didn't look very inviting, other than that, everything was clean and pleasant. The location was central to most attractions.

I work on the road. I love staying in nice hotels/motels where you can drive up to your room. I also like clean, updated rooms with comfortable beds. A large desk to set up my computer and printer and put my work stuff on is also nice. This place meets all my needs in a great way. You can go stay in a Marriott or Holiday Inn property and spend big $'s for the points, or you can stay here and enjoy your stay just as much and save some money. Easy decision for me. Friendly owners here also. It's my new favorite place to stay in Dodge City, Kansas.

Coffee pot was dirty. Creamer in the packet was so old it was hard. Average place at best.

It took 2 hours for the room to heat up and front desk said it was a working unit so no room change. It smelled old and musty in the room, no coffee maker in the room as advertised.
