也不知道是哪位大聰明設計的把空調外機安在卧室牆上，複式房間還要上個二樓樓梯。大晚上的空調噪音大的震耳發聵，半夜還停電關空調。酒店最基本的功能是讓旅客休息好，這種反人類的設計已經是硬傷了，沒法改變了。酒店未來發展會很艱難。

颶風后的海口，沒水沒電沒網酷熱，年紀不輕很難睡眠，於是找到一個打印複印鋪連上網絡定了諾德酒店。攜程管家人工服務及時幫我確認了酒店的水電正常。一路上無信號，直到文筆峯才有了4g，攜程管家認真負責的追索確認可能網絡不太好是否介意。心中十分感謝。
進入酒店後雖然硬件設施十幾年了，但整體的服務都很親切體貼，第一個房間空調不製冷，後來換房升級，終於洗澡睡了個好覺。蕎麥枕頭高低合適。早餐的紅糖豆花我喝了兩碗，脾胃舒服了很多。餐廳的服務態度也是温和有禮。
特別感謝前台幾位妹妹，文仙的名字很好聽，還有瘦高個美女也是很體貼的關注並送行。
颱風無情人有情。非常感謝所有給予幫助的人🌹

預訂前打電話瞭解了一下，前台的小姐姐聲音很好聽，細心解答，入住時前台接待熱情周到。房間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品都是獨立包裝，打掃房間的大姐很親切、貼心，房間每天清理，洗漱用品每天添補，服務温暖，細節到位，居住體驗非常棒!下次還會再來!

酒店還不錯，整體設計以東南亞建築風格，還是蠻有格調的。前台的指引服務做的也可以，晚上睡覺環境挺安靜的，本來以為起不來吃早餐訂了不含早的，過去餐廳轉了一下早餐還不錯，自費吃了個早餐種類和味道也都還行。

房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，前台服務員很熱情，辦入住很快，禮賓小夥主動給我們提行李，指引我們，給我們帶到房間，真太感謝了，房間還可以，泳池挺大的就是天氣有點涼了可惜不能下水，希望下次再有機會體驗吧

前台服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，非常滿意入住，在這裏住非常安靜也非常舒服，園區也很漂亮。酒店各設施也很齊全，有泳池、兩個湯泉泡池、健身房、棋牌室、桌球、乒乓球、室內小童樂園、籃球場、網球場。下次帶小朋友過來玩！
