The room was fairly standard. The bed was a bit narrow but otherwise comfortable. We liked the non-carpeted floor. There was a L'Or single-serve coffee machine in the room, much appreciated. Wifi was good. Breakfast was good.
The flat-screen TV in the room was not at all "smart", apparently satellite input, poor reception, and only a very small fraction of the provided list of channels was actually available.
The thermostat (?) in the room made odd noises several times per hour. There was no ventilator in the bathroom, and 2 of the lightbulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. The set of 3 electrical outlets at the desk were not functioning.

Frühstück und Personal miserabel. Frühstück von 7.00 bis 10.00.
Um 8.30 kein Brot, Ei, Kaffee mehr vorhanden. Schmutziges Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt. Saubere freiePlätze Fehlanzeige. Personal unfreundlich.
Teueres und miserable Hotel!
Unbedingt meiden!!!

Rooms are small by American standards (just FYI). Parking was very convenient with an EV charging station. It was clean and the shower was excellent (very strong and hot.) There's no A/C and it was warm for our October visit, so we appreciated the provided fan. Room coffee was quite good, but no sweetener, so FYI. Front desk staff was super nice!

We had an overnight stay at the hotel. We were fully satisfied, especially with the available underground parking lot. The room was cosy, clean, even with the facility of bath tube and coffee maker, which we appreciate a lot.

I and my group members agreed this was the worst hotel in our entire eroupe tour.The room was so small and the pillows were flat and worn out .No air-conditioner in the room and is was super hot .No coffee or tea sachets in the room. Most of the hotel staff were very rude and treated us badly.They ignored us and showed face if we ask any question.For my surprise,I saw them were nice to local tourist. Please don't take tour groups from Asia if the hotel management feel we are uncivilized people !!! 😡😡.And for tour companies from all around Asia, please avoid this hotel no matter what.

Not good experience. No ref in the room and no slippers for the guests...Not recommendable..far from city center...not near the train station. Front desk is not accomodating...saving factor is the nice people in the restaurant

The hotel fulfilled my expectations for business trip, it´s close the the train station, it was quiet during night, everything clean and comfortable, simpler, but very good breakfast.

Stayed for five nights. This is extremely convenient to the train station. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was quite friendly. The downside was there is no air conditioning and our room, on the fourth floor, was HOT. We opened the windows which helped some, but then the noise from the cars and trains kept us up all night. Fal through spring I would stay here again, but not in the summer heat.
