The room was fairly standard. The bed was a bit narrow but otherwise comfortable. We liked the non-carpeted floor. There was a L'Or single-serve coffee machine in the room, much appreciated. Wifi was good. Breakfast was good.
The flat-screen TV in the room was not at all "smart", apparently satellite input, poor reception, and only a very small fraction of the provided list of channels was actually available.
The thermostat (?) in the room made odd noises several times per hour. There was no ventilator in the bathroom, and 2 of the lightbulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. The set of 3 electrical outlets at the desk were not functioning.

The room is OK, there is free parking, which is not bad. It is also very convenient to book a hotel on Ctrip. You can pay offline after paying the deposit online. The positioning is also very accurate and the navigation is easy to find.

Room OK.
Breakfast and staff miserable. Breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
No bread, eggs or coffee left at 8:30 a.m. Dirty dishes were not cleared away. No clean, free seats. Unfriendly staff.
Expensive and miserable hotel!
Avoid at all costs!!!

Hostile reception with emphasis on petty rules… no smoking, no cooking in rooms, no bags in the breakfast room etc etc…. Got into the room to find coffee machine, milk, sugar, cups… but no coffee…. On request at reception I was advised that there was ‘no coffee with this booking’ Restaurant closed… bar closed….. thankfully plenty of other places locally to take my custom. As regards the rest… yes, an ok stay, but the easy cheap stuff is totally absent at this hotel. All it needed was Basil Fawlty behind the counter and it could have been Fawlty Towers (CH)

We had an overnight stay at the hotel. We were fully satisfied, especially with the available underground parking lot. The room was cosy, clean, even with the facility of bath tube and coffee maker, which we appreciate a lot.

I and my group members agreed this was the worst hotel in our entire eroupe tour.The room was so small and the pillows were flat and worn out .No air-conditioner in the room and is was super hot .No coffee or tea sachets in the room. Most of the hotel staff were very rude and treated us badly.They ignored us and showed face if we ask any question.For my surprise,I saw them were nice to local tourist. Please don't take tour groups from Asia if the hotel management feel we are uncivilized people !!! .And for tour companies from all around Asia, please avoid this hotel no matter what.

Stayed for five nights. This is extremely convenient to the train station. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was quite friendly. The downside was there is no air conditioning and our room, on the fourth floor, was HOT. We opened the windows which helped some, but then the noise from the cars and trains kept us up all night. Fal through spring I would stay here again, but not in the summer heat.
