Dangerous, uneven set of cement stairs next to the ramp that led up to our room. Other than that, nothing to condemn nor praise highly. Only foo within walking distance were a KFC and BK.

Excellent, I stay here regularly when I visit Syracuse. Always clean, comfortable, friendly staff and parking is included.

Overall stay was pleasant I only stayed for two nights. The front desk person was very kind I had arrived a little bit early because of a business alteration so they allowed me to check in early which was great the room was in a great location. The only thing that was an issue is not that bad it sounds disgusting but it's not that bad I found two long strands of hair in my sink when I arrived. Which I am tossing up to my early check in. Other than that my stay was very pleasant.

Always clean, comfortable, short distance to main city of Syracuse. Staff is excellent, very helpful. Check in, check out easy. Can take an Uber in and out of city. My first choice of stay when I visit to Syracuse.

Room was ok but the heating unit was not the best had to change rooms and lastly the shower head was the worst as water force was like a trickle and had to mention to them to have better shower heads
Overall was fine and it was closer to Syracuse university

The hotel needs basis investment to kill the mold, replace the carpets and paint the walls & trim. It is in awful condition and should be shut down until significant improvements are made
