The location had not much around and out of the way, but the room and breakfast were good. Chicago has new rules about prepaid cards not being accepted for deposits but this hotel did the time I was there.

The bathroom are dirty with a lot of different type of hair on the bathtub and a lot of dust in the room. The personal was very nice but the clean I give them cero.

Overall our stay was great, however, we disliked that we were unable to access more apps on the television or have access to the hdmi source.

The staff is helpful and friendly with quick check in. The rooms were large, with space to unpack I'd stay here with a family for a Chicago area vacation. However, parking is challenging if arrive late in the evening.

We were very pleased with our 2 night stay. The whole place is updated and clean. Check in was simple and quick. I had requested my room be near my sister's room (booked separately) and they gave us adjoining rooms, which was great. The pool is a good size and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. There were no towels in the pool area, but after my husband let them know they came right in with a bunch. Breakfast was pretty standard, but they did offer some different items on the 2nd morning. One thing that stood out for me was that they actually had several hooks in the bathroom and more in the room! This is something I constantly complain about, so it was nice to see. We often stay at Hampton Inns for overnight stays, but this was probably the nicest we've experienced!
