一大早就到酒店了，德清這幾天還是蠻冷的。酒店前台真熱情，前台小姑娘長的也蠻好看，嘻嘻😁 辦入住非常迅速，小陳還給我免費升級了房間。一進入房間，清爽，乾淨，智能馬桶，落地窗，相當滿意。主要女朋友也很喜歡，下次有機會還會帶朋友來入住。

和孩子去莫幹山玩，上午到達的，想着住在市中心，吃飯這些都比較方便，這次算是選對了。老城區，很熱鬧，吃飯逛街都很方便，酒店停車場也很近很方便。前台辦入住很專業，很體貼，姓陳姑娘很熱情。房間裝修風格是法式的，衞生很乾凈，看起來很清爽。推薦選擇～

環境:周邊繁華，逛街吃飯都在200米範圍內可選
服務:前台小陳服務熱情，入住之前主動添加我的微信，告知我停車場和房間的特殊要求等各項事宜
設施:酒店健身房，小童樂園，早餐廳等設施設備齊全
衞生:雖然在鬧市區但是酒店隔音效果很好，房間內衞生乾淨整潔

住過來最差酒店，沒有之一。外在看看不錯，裏面真的是綉花枕頭稻草心。空調像拖拉機一樣，整個晚上根本沒辦法睡覺，“全自動”一會停機一會開機，每分鐘都會這樣重複重複一直到天亮，第二天整個人都沒精神。床太軟太差了，睡旁邊一點整個人都會滑下床去，坐在床邊會下沉10多公分，然後整個屁股都滑下去了。不僅房間小連門都小都可憐，走廊也小得可憐了，還亂七八糟堆着東西，以後再也不想住了，也給大家提示一下，就當做個好事。

讓服務員送個牙刷，等了二十分鐘沒送過來。直至出門辦事了還未送到。最後續房住那天發現衞生間馬桶還有紙巾和煙頭沒沖下去。真不知道續房衞生的馬桶刷了沒有。

酒店沒有停車產，房間衞生也不達標，床底下都是之前客人用過的一次性拖鞋，因為自己帶了倆孩子出去吃飯不太方便，在酒店大廳坐着吃點東西也不讓，本來感覺還可以的酒店在服務和衞生上拉分很多
