帶小朋友來西坡過春節，整體服務很滿意，管家小馬很貼心，有求必應，非常nice，凡事都很周到。其餘留守工作人員都是年輕人，但大家的態度都好好哦！
伙食特別好，三頓飯連長輩都讚不絕口，甚至打包了回家。
説説建議吧，硬件設施有點老舊，馬桶不是智能的；房間可能為了營造氛圍，燈光比較暗，對眼睛健康不太好；空調整夜吹得太幹啦，沒有加濕器；酒店周圍景色一般，沒有走路可以到達的景點，帶小朋友有點麻煩。
希望西坡品牌越來越好吧！

淡季人不多，景色一般沒有春夏漂亮。民宿的管家服務還是不錯的，冬天屋子冷，提出後小姐姐很熱情拿來了取暖器和被子。屋子裡的浴缸放熱水還是比較快的，要了兩個一次性浴袋可以泡澡。不過浴室的石板置物台在我們下樓吃晚餐時摔在地面碎了，安裝不牢靠比較危險，好在我們使用的時候沒有掉，沒有人受傷。離店時管家小姐姐送了米酒致歉。圍爐煮茶的東西不多，我們點了燒烤在烤盤上可以繼續利用，總體上還是蠻開心的。

看到降温臨時決定去莫幹山住兩天，淡季的莫幹山安安靜靜，少了繁雜，待着很舒服
對西坡一直有好感，服務到位，衞生環境也很好，阿姨燒的農家菜可口
唯一就是這次降温空調製熱能力有限，被子薄了一些晚上睡覺有些冷～
雖然訂晚了，但要表揚管家小吳，都安排的很好～期待下次再見，裝個電視更適合親子哦

感覺員工是老闆請來砸場子的 .一進門説給你們升級另一處loft 我們看後感覺上下樓沒必要 所以想定的房間 他百般推脱 在我們堅持下 説可以從窗户外面看 . 在我們堅持下打開房間 由於房間有整張動物皮 感覺不舒服 .我們決定還是住loft吧 隨即他説那需要加錢 我們説就住同等價的另一間大床房也行 他們又説還是給你loft吧 但是要給我們好評！ 我們的狗在車裡 他們不相信狗不會帶入房間 讓我的同伴簽了保證書 還寫12點前必須退房！ 我得知後感覺非常無語 小人之心！還撒謊説這個房間滿了 那個被包棟 可是到我們退房一個客人都沒有見到！ 言行都很low 體驗極差！ 感覺服務理念是：客人=仇家！view是圖片樣子的！

環境還不錯，年代久了，有點歷史感。房子都是分開的，因為沒客人入住，管家阿贊還帶着我們參觀了其他房間，拍照的時候也一直在邊上很耐心的等我們，有點不好意思，謝謝啦！
如果幾家人一起來住別墅肯定更棒！

這家民宿的環境很好，房間也挺大，房間跟攜程上的房間圖片一模一樣。
重點是管家服務特別好！會有一個管家負責一幢房子的住客，在入住前一天管家會主動聯繫我們，有任何問題都可以問管家。
我們這次的管家燒賣的服務特別好，入住前關於當地防疫政策的問題回答得很細緻，等入住了也會關心我們的遊玩行程。我們想體驗一下騎自行車遊玩，民宿可以借自行車，還會主動關心我們有沒有順利到達遊玩地點……
房間裏每天會有新鮮水果和礦泉水，廚房水吧裏的飲料每天也可以免費拿兩瓶，民宿燒的菜都挺好吃的……
總體來説是特別滿意的兩天住宿了！
