An excellent location, stunning. And the staff were lovely and multilingual. Room was great. I love a hotel shower but Jez. That was top notch. Only one wee thing, asked for a drink at midnight but the bar was closed. But hey, it was just as fun trying to find a nearby shop. 10/15 minutes dander. ( after mindnight ) I’ll defo be back as I live in nearby HZ.

很有特色的的一家酒店，園林設計很有個性，水景和綠花結合得恰到好處。帶有陽台的房間也讓人感覺很放鬆。攜程的團購套餐也挺實惠的，不僅帶有豐富的早餐，還送了美味的下午茶。一個星期帶了不同的朋友來兩次可見我的偏愛。當然這次點評的重點是酒店的服務態度，以ann為代表的服務團隊幾乎做到了有求必應，深表感謝！還會再來的！

洲際品牌旗下去年8月份新開的酒店，網上做好攻略應該也是古鎮上最好的酒店了。環境優美，特別是前台接待員ruby～熱情接待服務周到。酒店位置優越，與古鎮相鄰非常方便，以後還會再去。

已經第二次入住了，這次帶父母感受一下，空調很給力房間很温暖，舒適衞生，酒店環境好，很適合度假，前台Amy服務很熱情，還有大廳的高帥小夥和客房服務員都很好，節假日人多早餐供應動作能快點就完美了，總體還是滿意的

酒店位置就在古鎮裏，環境很好，設施很新，房間也不錯，有小陽台，可以坐着喝茶聊天。服務人員都很有禮貌，退房時前台小琴還熱情的送了伴手禮絲巾。就是我訂的運河河景房，河景被綠植擋了不少，晚上也聽到不少船來回的聲音，算是美中不足吧。
