Great hotel with friendly staff. Clean, good beds and great shower. Heating in the shower and el. blanket.

Room has everthing you need (heating blanket, AC - altough not powerful enough for heating the room, waterboiler, cups) and a decent view over Deqin. However the house is quite old and even the non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes lit in past days.
The owner was very helpful and, even tough we had our language barriers, tried to answer our questions.

excellent ratio price vs quality: old but clean and comfortable, perfect for bikers or travellers more focused on local ways rather than on luxury

Clearly the best hotel around. The price is low and the service is perfect. The food is also very good and the people managing the hotel are all very nice.
If you don’t like spending too much, this hotel is your best option. Also I prefer down village than upper village.

Good location, mountain view, heated bed, possibility to drink tea, really great!
The negatives would be that there was hair in the shower, the bathroom ceiling is not clean and the light above the bed didn't work but these are really small details, the hotel is very well equipped and it’s great value for money, I recommend!
