Stayed for 2 nights. Very clean. Standard room size. Mattress is firm and of western size. Beddings/towels are crisp and clean. Has fridge, TV, full sized and vanity mirrors, safe, baggage rack, lounge chair with side table... Location is fantastic. Just in front of the main bus terminal. The train station is about 300 meters. Breakfast buffet is ample and decent. A very good kebab and pide restaurant right at the back of the block. Turkcell dealer close to the hotel and sells sim for tourists at half the price quoted in airport. Look for Ibrahim, a very nice, helpful and friendly hotel staff. In fact, everyone working at this hotel is helpful and polite. A steal for the price.

High Quality Accommodation with Excellent hospitality! I had read about Bellamaritimo's staff being super courteous and lovely hosts and I couldn't find it more accurate after spending 2 nights (28-29 Sep) at this place with my wife. The accommodation itself oozes of quality and maintenance is top class. A nice clean pool makes it even better. The staff was super friendly and made sure we weren't bothered by anything. The breakfast had good variety but the absence of any other inhouse prepared meal (lunch or dinner) could be something these guys could work on. Considering its a small town and the restaurants (which close by 10-11pm) are around a 10 mins walk (uphill walk which would make it tough for certain people) and the fact that they have rooms occupied during most of the period (even during this pandemic phase, we found majority of the rooms were booked), they could really offer dinner at least. They have a big kitchen already. Overall, I'd recommend this place for anyone visiting Pamukkale for the thermal pools and Heirapolic sites. They are just a 10 mins walk away and considering the pricing of the rooms (at least during the period we went in), its absolute value for money!

We stayed here one night when we travelled from Antalya to Izmir. The rooms are fairly big and has all your basic needs. Staff are very helpful. They have a nice dining area and a good restaurant. Staff gave us tips to see hot air balloons in the morning. We missed this in Cappadocia so we captured some beautiful memories.

I love where this hotel is located very beautiful scenery in morning, you can walk to Pamukkale(middle gate) just only less than 10minutes.Staff is helpful,he told me about tourist attractions, he shown the map of Pamukkale,tried to explain to me which is the best way to get there since I arrived(I think that’s lovely).Breakfast is not variety but it made me feel like home, I really enjoy! Owner also gave my mom a pomegranate for free.Thank you so much!

A great hotel, modern, beautiful. Near Denisley Central Station. Stopped here for one night for a trip to Pamukcala. The room is clean. The gel for the soul was remembered - a very pleasant aroma (= After Pamukkale returned late when the hotel restaurant was already closed. 200 meters from the entrance of Pamukkale attractions. In the morning, you can see paragliding and hot air balloons floating overhead on the balcony, and you can hear the screams on the paragliding. There is a hallway, living room and bedroom, very clean and spacious. The owner is a firefighter, and his wife receives us, a real family. There are various restaurants on the road in a few minutes, and the price is super high.

The only complains I can give about this place is that we didn't stay longer. Had we known how much this hotel would exceed our expectations we would have planned a few more days. Driving into the courtyard you instantly feel welcomed and at home. You are greeted by two wonderful pools one is a shallow one for children. It was a little chilly for us to use this time of year but I am sure in the heat of Summer it is absolutely divine. The family that runs this place are wonderful people. We were immediately offered coffee or tea while we waited for our rooms. The rooms are a decent size especially for the price you pay. The bathrooms are beautiful, you have your own little private hamam in your room. Having a disability it was nice to have such a large bathroom space. If needed you could fit a wheelchair into the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The only thing I would mention is it does get a little chilly at night. I recommend asking someone how to use the heat in your room. There are a few steps to get to the lower level rooms, as well there is a ramp available. Either way, everyone is more than happy to help you manage anything you need. One of the owners, Ismail, was full of recommendations for how to best enjoy the local sites. He is very well traveled and has put a lot of work into learning multiple languages through his travels. If he is not too busy he is a very interesting person to sit and have a conversation with. He even took the kilim (Turkish rug) I bought in Istanbul to speak with someone to see if I would get the same story from the person I bought from. He came back with more information than I originally got, including proper ways to care for it as someone had washed it in hot water previously which caused the colors to run. Ismail did this out of his own curiosity, he is not trying to sell me anything more. There was never any pressure to buy or book anything extra. Just good advice! I honestly can't say enough about this place, the experiences was worth way more than you pay. And the hosting family treat you better than you would get at a hotel for 10 times the price. The matriarch of the family makes a wonderful butter which you can have with your morning breakfast. The location is fantastic, it is a quick drive to the travertine's / ruins, or it is not too far if you want to walk. A beautiful area to go hiking in. The people of the town are amazing. You truly get the vibe of a small town where everybody knows everybody. Good humble kind people. Half of the residents work in the hotel industry and the other half are farmers. Every single person we encountered we're happy to take time to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Shah Sultan Ozturk! I would absolutely stay here again, only I would make sure it was for a longer time next time. Thank you so much Ismail and family for providing a beautiful experience in our travels! The owner is a Japanese woman, she is fluent in English and her attitude is very enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is really good, very close to the scenic spot. There is a swimming pool in the yard. The indoor space is quite large, that is, there is no kettle, and it is not allowed to eat anything or wash clothes indoors. It also writes a reminder in Chinese at the front desk. The hot water for the bath is okay, but the towels are too hard. It was found that breakfast was not included at the time of booking. You have to pay an extra 30 lire to include breakfast.

The location of the hotel is relatively biased, and the airport bus will take a taxi after arriving at the station! The hotel is well equipped and the rooms are very clean!

I think it's very good value. The rooms are large, clean and easy to use, and the location is just a 3-minute walk from the bus terminal and train station. And there are many kinds of breakfast. It was easy to use for those who started early at 7:30, and the contents were not only bread and olives, but also warm side dishes, fruits, pies, etc., and I was very satisfied.
