Eros Hotel New Delhi, Nehru Place Reviews

We have stayed at Eros multiple times now. We love it, especially because of the location. Food is also good , however not sure of the reason today but breakfast buffet was below average.

The room is still relatively spacious, but it has been renovated for a long time and the facilities are outdated and backward. For example, the air conditioner in the room is noisy and the temperature cannot be adjusted to a comfortable level. Safe deposit box number not working. The bed sheets are also relatively old. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is of poor quality and overpriced.

unwelcoming and complicated check-in , unfriendly check-out. staff in restaurants were lovely. terrible wifi. rooms / bathrooms are run-down and need an upgrade. cleaniless levels not great.

This hotel is only good for locals. Rooms and bathrooms are not up to date. Everything is dirty. Staff is also unprofessional. Definitely recommend staying elsewhere

We had a comfortable stay. Beds were great and hotel provided great customer service. Breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of options, but was sometimes too busy. Would be nice to extend hours to allow guests to eat in a more relaxed ***ner. Some items in rooms need repair and would be great to add an exhaust fan in bathroom. Would stay there again.

Amazing experience. Very good hotel. Friendly Staff. Lovely breakfast. Excellent ***agement. Nice and Clean Hotel. Really enjoyed the stay there.

It is a good 5 star facility. Good location, good food and good staff. Rooms are a bit small, and need repairs and maintenance . Breakfast is ok. Staff is helping and courteous. Overall a good experience.

After long journeys all over India it was a real treat to stay at such a brilliantly clean and comfortable hotel The hotel staff were amazing Our suite was outstanding with a fantastic view over the park Staff couldn't have done a better job Will book when in Delhi again

5성급에 걸맞는 조식과 편의가 제공 됩니다 아침에 객실로 신문이 배달 되는 것도 아주 맘에 드네요 다만 객실에서 노트북을 사용하기에는 와이파이가 느린게 아쉽습니다

Lovely hotel. Very helpful, friendly staff, great location for us, well maintained hotel. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to New Delhi.
