Stayed at many hotels, this hotel makes me feel good. The room was clean and tidy, and the quality of breakfast was good. Parking is free and is close to Swarthmore College, 10 minutes by car. The hotel is in the small town of Media. There are a lot of shopping malls and supermarkets around, and life is convenient. The lobby bar is quiet. Hot water, coffee, tea bags, cocoa powder, etc. are provided throughout the day. The business center has computers for guests to use for free. There will be cookies at the front desk in the evening, and fruits in the lobby bar. You can just sit there and read a book or watch TV. I think it's more intentional than Hampton's management elsewhere.

This hotel feels like a run down hotel from another chain that was purchased and half way remodeled and now is called a holiday inn express. Carpets are filthy and stained. Furniture is scratched and worn out. Curtains were shredded. Shampoo dispenser is sitting on the sink counter, not wall mounted . Paint splatters in the dirty tub. It smells like mold and cigarette smoke in the hallways. For $200 I expect better from a Holiday Inn Express. I can’t see how this place ever passed a quality inspection. Worst hotel we’ve stayed in on a 12 day trip where Holiday Inn Express was our most frequent choice. Terrible.

28 km from Philadelphia Airport, taxis do not choose a 15 km route. The room was very comfortable, the villa was remodeled, the public restroom was very clean. No front desk. Temporary reservation, limited resources, really helpless. Fortunately, I spent one night.

Me and my friend arrived at the days inn hours before check in. The place was already super busy . The woman at the front desk was dealing with multiple people and issues and managed to be kind to everyone who wasn't very kind to her . Even though she was dealing with multiple people and issues ,she was in constant contact with her cleaning staff to get us into our room as quickly as possible. She went over and above to cater to us . She kept her sense of humor and her patience, and got us in our room early . The room was clean and everything was great .

Don’t stay here. Hotel is the dirtiest hotel I ever seen. Bedding was fithy. Bathroom was fithy. Smelled like trash soon as you walk in the room. Front door didn’t work. Couldn’t close it to leave. I was there for ten minutes and just left and booked another hotel. Didn’t even bother stopping by the desk to tell them I wasn’t staying. I just got outta there that’s how bad this hotel is. It needs to be shut down by the health department.

The room is relatively large, but the soundproofing is average. There are people walking upstairs all night long, and the toilet facilities are relatively basic. The breakfast is good and rich. The service attitude is good.

Excellent staff easy and true to word login. I can only say that the Roku and apple play was never achieved and was nice but didn’t work and spent a lot of time trying to get it to work so it hampered my work presentation. I also love the area and being along the waterfront and wanted to know if the facilities weee available to rent on the side.
