China Pearl Hotel

I was upgraded to a suite for free. The room was spacious and bright, the air conditioning was effective, and the breakfast was rich. There were a lot of small leaves falling on the car the night before it was parked in the open air. The next morning I looked upstairs and saw a cleaning staff cleaning the area. I saw that there were no more leaves. I guess the cleaning staff had cleared the leaves off my car. great!

Facilities: The windows are made of ordinary aluminum alloy. The sound insulation is very poor. A motorcycle passes by on the road. The scale on the kettle is very thick. There is dust and cotton on the handle. I don’t know what is stuck on it. I will wet it myself. It took a long time to wipe with paper towels to get it clean. The green cloth spread on the bed was full of dust. Cleanliness: Very poor. There is hair from the previous tenant on the floor. I am a female with long hair, and several of the hairs on the floor are like boys’ short hair. The toilet was not cleaned. Environment: The KTV on the 5th or 4th floor is very noisy in the middle of the night. I live on the 8th floor and my sleep is completely affected. I don’t know how to deal with the people downstairs? Service: The front desk was very unprofessional and the handover was unclear. I saw a customer scolding me saying that he had come down to pay for the room in the middle of the night just so he could check out at any time in a hurry the next day. As a result, the front desk failed to hand over the hotel at all. This thing is really funny. You definitely deserve to be scolded. The breakfast was very basic, not at the level of a four-star hotel. It was about the same as the breakfast at a local B&B when I visited Wuyi Mountain. The room phone was broken and has not been repaired for 10,000 years. It's just like a fast hotel. I don't know why it's advertised as a four-star hotel? ? ?

The name of the hotel is very national and beautiful:) After climbing Shiniu Mountain and returning to the county seat, there will be parking spaces in the evening by self-driving navigation (although the exit was found to be a bit winding the next morning, especially narrow, to test the car's skills). I did not experience the newly renovated Mingzhu Building, because when I checked in there were only rooms near the KTV, the front desk was transferred to the State Guest Building, which was fairly quiet. The rooms on the 6th floor of the State Guest are relatively old, and they are really designed in the style of the previous reception leaders, equipped with tables and sofa recliners. The toilet is still a button from the 90s, but it's still clean. The shower facilities are also outdated, the shampoo and shower gel are easy to hang on the wall, and they are also big currency and no brand. The bath water is said to be hot spring water (I thought I could soak in the hot spring before I came here, but it was not a hot spring resort hotel, embarrassing) The hair dryer was brought up temporarily when it was broken, and the service was very attentive. Did not experience the dinner restaurant, it is said that there was a banquet that evening. The breakfast with the youngest daughter is 20 yuan per person. The dishes are more popular. You can cook noodles/noodles, hot milk and soy milk, etc. The side dishes are relatively mediocre, no surprises. What's more generous is the realization of omelette freedom in this hotel! I have been to many hotels. There is absolutely no such situation where the arrogant attitude of the on-site omelette is limited per person. Guests can pick up unlimitedly (of course, even if it is unlimited, 2 will be tired), which is more generous than other hotels, hahaha. The whole is quite satisfactory. There are many academic conferences discussing things in Dehua, and it is said that they all come here. By the way, there is a "Daiyun Mountain Snack Bar" diagonally across the hotel, you must try it! Overall satisfactory

This hotel does not provide heating at night in winter, and does not provide air conditioning at night in summer. The air conditioner was turned on to 15 degrees, and it could only supply air. After looking for the service, I was told that the engineering department had turned off the air conditioner host, and the cooling could only be available after the engineering department went to work in the morning. Can't sleep at all, sweating profusely. Finally, I asked to check out without refund. I took an electric fan for more than half an hour. It wasn't too early to return to the hotel after drinking, but tossed around until six o'clock in the morning. The outdoor temperature is not low in the room temperature, it is simply madness. The hotel where I stayed at more than 300 yuan didn't even have air conditioning, and I didn't give me any follow-up visits and comments. The experience of staying in is very poor. And there was no heating when I checked in last winter. If it is cold, I can still sleep under the quilt. It is uncomfortable to stay in the room. It is really unbearable to stay in the room without air conditioning in summer.

The double room is also quite spacious. Choose the one with as high a floor as possible to be quieter. The hotel’s breakfast is rich and varied and tastes good. The service attitude is also very good, polite and friendly, great!

同行小夥伴都誇，環境很棒～體驗感很好！ 生意貌似很好。 可能最近是看雪都高峯期，住店客人比較多，半夜一點了還在走廊嬉戲打鬧，打電話給總枱，很快就解決了！

這次是朋友過來德化玩，臨時給他訂的房間，以前朋友過來玩就經常給他們訂瓷國明珠，這種面子活，選瓷國知道準不會出錯。 1⃣️衞生：外出最注重的就是環境衞生問題，雖然是老牌酒店了，但是設施都還非常新，房間智能化系統到位，提供的用品也都能感受到有品質，放心使用～衞生也很不錯，細節都經得起推敲，打掃的阿姨也是特別熱情，有求必應，光這幾點真的已經很難得了。 2⃣️服務：前面説光是阿姨已經很熱情了，酒店的工作人員也都是比阿姨熱情、專業數倍，在德化也住過好幾家酒店啦，但想體驗到這樣的專業態度，恐怕真的還是要看瓷國～

前台的小姐姐和小哥哥，服務態度超級好，人很好，非常熱情，酒店乾淨整潔，房間明亮乾淨，比想象中的好，星級酒店這服務真的是沒得説，交通方便，早餐豐富，來德化，瓷國明珠酒店是首選。
