After completing the first facial recognition process and not even giving me the room card, I had to go through all the procedures. I was handed back to the front desk person next door, and then the person behind me was checked in. So I went to the next door to check in and waited for a while but didn't see the front desk. I asked the second person to handle it and he was confused. After asking, the person who handled it before found out that the previous person didn't transfer the information in the system and didn't tell her what to do. What! The second person's attitude and work efficiency were okay, and she got it done right away. However, the room was still wrong when she finally checked in. It was the first person who made the mistake again. I reminded her twice that those with children need a parent-child room. , I don’t know anything about my business level or my ability to guide customers! !
