Betty Ann Lewis was fantastic assisting our group to set up our meeting. The hotel layout is really good and the rooms were comfortable. Christy Whitsel in the banquet department was friendly and extremely efficient handling our breakfast and luncheon. The food was great and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The S'mores kit was a nice touch. Looking forward to checking out the spa.

This is a truly amazing hotel. We had the pleasure of enjoying several days here with family. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was great. Rooms are very nice - spend more for an ocean view room...it's worth it. I will attach a picture of the view from my hotel room balcony. We had multiple breakfasts and dinners at the hotel - each meal was outstanding. The pool is great. The hot tub is awesome. The beach access is fantastic. So why wasn't the hotel rated five stars? They only have two very tiny, slow elevators for a hotel with eight floors. We are already planning our next visit.

I have stayed here before and it's the best hotel in Daytona Beach. In particular the Oceanfront rooms are spectacular with two balconies...one off the bedroom and one off the living room. Every room and floor is pet friendly.....I hate it when they limit the rooms or floors with pets...that's why I love the RI's and thanks to Giovanni the front desk manager we were on the 7th floor. One balcony is open to the side view too and you can see the intercoastal from the bedroom window. The suite was immaculate and spacious. After being in other hotel rooms it's so nice to have the kitchen and living room space. They have a nice bar with a few munchies on the menu. The management is very responsive including Giovanni, Robert the GM and Linda the Sales Manager...they're willing to email and answer questions too. I will be back again for sure!
