I temporarily booked this hotel one morning, and another conference center was very close, and I did my makeup there. This hotel has a very important place. Everyone should note that it does not have an elevator, and if it gives you If you want to get a room on the second floor, you will need to carry heavy luggage up the stairs, and most of the service staff in this hotel are women and there is no male workforce. Stayed here on a business trip, the food was amazing, along with fantastic local beer. Rooms were immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The Rosengarten is my favourite hotel in Darmstadt, it is quiet, clean, breakfast is really good and the restaurant serves quality evening meals. The little things matter, there is an iron in every room, proper coathangers with hooks! Friendly staff, and a convenient location. If you want a soulless business hotel with enormous beds, elevators and Aircon then go somewhere else, but that is not where I want to stay .

Nice hotel, safe clean area and a great breakfast but its kind of in an an industrial area with lots of new construction and very limited rest/shopping. Its about a 20 min walk to the DT area or a 10 euro taxi. There are two gas stations close by where you can get snacks/beer if needed.

On my arrival, I was a little surprised by the self-check-in I was not aware of.
I was missing air condition during the hot days. The shower end was not in good condition.
