I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights at the end of September. The food at the hotel was so fantastic that I only ventured elsewhere one evening for a meal out. Food is very reasonably priced as well. Service by Maltilde and Tim with a smile and helpful/friendly manner. The hotel is close proximity to the University and conference centre and also only 5 mins away by Tran to the main squares. Stayed here on a business trip, the food was amazing, along with fantastic local beer. Rooms were immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The Rosengarten is my favourite hotel in Darmstadt, it is quiet, clean, breakfast is really good and the restaurant serves quality evening meals. The little things matter, there is an iron in every room, proper coathangers with hooks! Friendly staff, and a convenient location. If you want a soulless business hotel with enormous beds, elevators and Aircon then go somewhere else, but that is not where I want to stay .

I was staying in a hotel nearby. This hotel recommended the Rosengarten for dinner. I could reach the restaurant in a few minutes on foot. From the outside it is rather inconspicuous. After checking the menu, I stayed there for dinner. I liked it so much that I went there two evenings in a row. The service was very attentive. The restaurant and the rooms I saw were very clean. The food was above average - definitely go there.

Für zwei Nächte war ich beruflich hier untergebracht. Das Einzelzimmer war ausreichend groß und nett eingerichtet. Das Bad hat 70er Jahre Charme mit Retrofliesen in rosa. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gibt auch einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, so das man Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten kann. Besonders gut hat mir das reichhaltige Frühstück gefallen. Leider ist aktuell das Restaurant geschlossen. Ich wurde aber, vom sehr netten Personal, mit guten Empfehlungen für das Abendessen versorgt. Parkplätze gibt es ebenfalls reichlich. Sollte ich wieder nach Darmstadt kommen, werde ich wieder hier buchen.

In viaggio per lavoro sono capitata per caso nel ristorante di questo albergo. Che dire... che fortuna! Un secondo piatto con fegato di vitello morbido e dal gusto delicato, patate buonissime (no, non è scontato, anche se il livello medio è sempre alto), crepe squisita con gelato superlativo. Birra locale ottima. Il tutto ad un prezzo onestissimo, meno di quello che mi aspettavo. Il personale è gentile e non invadente e non cerca di vendere altro on aggiunta, anzi, mi hanno sconsigliato di prendere l'antipasto vista l'abbondanza del seco do. Sicuramente un posto dove tornerei più che volentieri!
