It was a great experience here. We had a great time. Just one thing that we would like to share is that we received a bit late refill of food leading to us waiting for the food. But overall we had a good experience. I recommend this hotel😍thanks to. Ruchita for. The service

Amazing stay rooms was clean and staffs were loving and caring thanks to ruchita for the hospitality and views was very clear from our Rooms and good food as well made in the restaurant which was an amazing

we really enjoyed the food breakfast was absolutely fine and dinner was yummy those fresh veggies and lunch Ala carte options was really good and the entire hotel was very clean and all room and balcony was very nice and staffs like ruchita and Salina punkja was good at their service

Booked premium room with balcony ,it as at 1st floor ,very less and disturbed view. Room interior is nice but bathroom is average. Food is terrible. Mall road is 20 mins walk and 200 rs taxi per side to Mall road. Darjeeling toy train 200 metre away. I would not recommend this property to anyone it's totally waste of Money. Udaan property is average please keep in mind before booking. Don't pay high price for average experience.

Staying at Udaan was overall delightful. The hotel boasts impeccable cleanliness and luxurious fixtures, creating a lavish ambiance. However, the downside was the lengthy wait for room service once orders were placed. While the food quality was satisfactory, there were instances where accuracy fell short. For instance, I ordered a Fresh Fruit salad for dinner, expecting a simple assortment or perhaps with custard, but was unpleasantly surprised to find it mixed with egg mayonnaise. Despite placing the order at 9:30 pm and receiving it by 10:15 pm, the kitchen closed at 10:30 pm, leaving us unable to rectify the error as we discovered it after unpacking at 10:45 pm. Unfortunately, attempts to contact room service went unanswered, leaving us with no recourse. These experiences were regrettable.

Very tasty food we never felt that we were eating at outside felt like home cooked food that we had in these hotel and fresh idlis perpared by the chefs were really good mentioned to ruchita and pankaj from the restaurant and splendid stay to be at this hotel

A very nice hotel and room service was nice and cordial staffs and specially pav bhaji s parathas was really good and staffs were very polite and thanks to ruchita for the hospitality and housekeeping staffs were also very attentive and helpful

Well dignified hotel and a very prompt service by each and every staffs rooms were spacious very clean and staffs were helpful and mentioned to ruchita Thapa and swayam for the service and well a good indeed stay that I would like to call a very good hotel to this hotel
