Upon arrival waited 10 minutes for clerk to appear. Didn't even apologize for delay. No one else in lobby. Checked in and then I was to be charged $10 for indulgence fee? and if nothing charged would credit back to charge card. Told her I didn't want to but clerk with silver short hair with pink *****e said it was required. If not used it would be credited back upon check out. The next morning asked same lady about funds being added back she couldn't do it but would notify my credit card department. At this moment a day later still no charge added back. Is this some standard policy? Or was this a way to have customers purchase unwanted snacks or goodies from your snack area?

The King Accessible room was gigantic, with lots of space to be able to move around the room. The sink was recessed and less accessible as a result. It was a bathtub room because they didnt have a roll in/king available and we chose to not get the roll in/2 queen.
The TV was small for the size of the room and how far you're from it while in the bed or the chair.
There was a microwave, fridge, and a closet space. The bathroom door and room door opened into each other, but the bathroom door was not self closing (preferred).

Derrick was amazing and very accommodating. Ms. Fannie was excellent as well. My family and I were in town for a funeral and our stay was great! Thank you so much Hilton Garden Inn in Daphne Al. We will be back!!

Hotel is older but they are trying to keep it updated and for the most part it is. You really see the age in the bathroom floors, corners and tile work. But otherwise clean.
