房間衞生整潔，住的很舒服，位置好找，前台服務很熱情，這個價格跟其他平台酒店比起來真是划算太多了，而且環境，衞生各方面都不輸其他酒店，真的必來 非常棒的體驗，幸好在網上提前預約了，不然週末人好多，房間爆滿，確實很不錯

房間其實也算中規中矩，就在吾悦廣場邊上還是很方便的，但是今天早上小意外感覺酒店的態度真的一般！酒店存在安全隱患，早上腳被刮到了，去找前台的時候當班經理很冷漠的説，那我們陪你三十塊錢，搞笑給我了一張十元三張五元還有五個硬幣，當時的感覺就像打發叫花子嗎？也沒有一句道歉，當時就被我拒絕了，然後那個經理問我想怎麼樣？作為值班經理你不知道這種情況應該怎麼處理嗎？後來好像打啦幾個電話和我説房間給我免了，再陪我去醫院敷點葯，賠我一雙絲襪！由於趕時間的原因醫院沒去，這位經理給我買了一衹紅黴素！這件事算勉強解決了，但是解決的心裏很不舒服，為什麼酒店自己的問題，一開始不是誠懇的道歉積極解決問題，而是那種打發的態度？
