Adequate hotel but service issues arose. We were very sympathetic to new employee learning ropes and had no issues with her.
One of her colleagues was unduly strict about early check in. Fee should be waived after 1 pm as is case for other hotels in the area. We were required to wait until exactly 3 pm, even though rooms were available. Logistical problem with key card system then caused us and other guests much delay. Wasted nearly an hour with that so could not use our room until nearly 4 pm.
Wi-Fi not working in our part of the building. Front desk could not get that corrected in the evening. Probably only required restarting router and staff should be trained to do that.
Room did not smell that good but renovated and pleased to see no carpets. Good AC/fan.
