While most of the staff is friendly don’t bother booking rooms with refrigerators they aren’t there and sometimes lights aren’t working and tv remotes are missing

Adequate hotel but service issues arose. We were very sympathetic to new employee learning ropes and had no issues with her.
One of her colleagues was unduly strict about early check in. Fee should be waived after 1 pm as is case for other hotels in the area. We were required to wait until exactly 3 pm, even though rooms were available. Logistical problem with key card system then caused us and other guests much delay. Wasted nearly an hour with that so could not use our room until nearly 4 pm.
Wi-Fi not working in our part of the building. Front desk could not get that corrected in the evening. Probably only required restarting router and staff should be trained to do that.
Room did not smell that good but renovated and pleased to see no carpets. Good AC/fan.

affordable. Bathroom tub had not been cleaned. Table between beds had spilled pop or other sticky substance that had not been cleaned. Beds were ok but weird that there was only one pillow on each. The floor was so filthy that we had to wash our feet multiple times before getting in bed. Need to upgrade the housekeeping and this would be a decent hotel. Also it’s loud and sound carrie’s so look for a room away from pool.

The pictures look nothing like the property. The whole room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned once. There wasn’t any soap for washing your hands or toilet paper in the bathroom. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned. The door to our room didn’t shut all the way.

Worst place ever. Dirty hair-nails after others even dusty would be smoke-free, wouldn't it. So shabby, the floors sticky there is nothing good to say.

This place should be condemed . Filthy dirty holes everywhere no tv no toilet paper . We asked for towels aswell . The door was broke and the curtains came off the rod . Please do not stay there its not worth the money . XO NOT RECOMEND !!!

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel. The first room we had the ceiling started dripping water all over the bathroom floor. We were given another room. That bathroom sink leaked all over the floor so we put towels on the floor. When we first got to the room there were no towels. We asked for towels and the receptionist told us to go back to the first room and get those towels. The floor in the second room was so dirty I had to wear shoes at all times. I would not recommend staying here ever.
