The hotel is in the Old Town of Damascus. The hotel staff will know your name after the first night. Very attentive staff in the hotel and the restaurant. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The location is ideal for walking to tourist attractions and for visiting local eateries frequented by the locals. The area is safe and HTS is providing security to the region. If you are retiring to Damascus after the regime change, this is a great hotel to stay for your visit.

all the workers go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The food at the hotel is amazing. The rooms themselves are so cozy and you truly wind down and relax here. This hotel was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had during my stay in Syria.

First the quietness at night in a rather noisy district elsewhere. Second in every corner are beautiful old Syrian crafted furnishings, vases and so on for guests to fell we came back years to the golden age. Last but not least the food at breakfast is fresh, carefully made... the olive oil ( oriental menu only, so you need to adapt) over the food !

The best experience I got it in Damascus for sure will come again. Best service and value of money The staff was helpful and friendly We came in February and the weather was cold but inside the hotel was warm and everything available 24 hours in the hotel. I highly recommend it!

I had an exceptional stay at Bait AlWali Hotel in Damascus. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable, and the location offered easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend! The hotel and staff were amazing. Service was very good and you felt like you were in the Olden times. However the price was a bit expensive for foreigners and the food could have been better. The location is also very good and within walking distance to anything you want to do in central Damascus.
