I wasn’t able to get my room until after 4 pm. The room was dirty/ outside balcony furniture had holes and nasty q-tips on the ground. The hotel is under construction, so there no lobby area where you can sit and wait for your room. The front desk was not helpful at all.

Front desk rep Jenna was so friendly, inviting, professional and helpful during my visit. I had several questions due to a work event at the Adolphus where we had to navigate what rooms to go to throughout the hotel had all the answers. Not to mention the hotel toooms were beautiful. Thank you Jenna for the excellent customer service you provided!

The staff was top notch. The rooms were nice. The location downtown and lack of parking was the most frustrating part. The valet made that a bit more convenient but we waited 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around.

We visited the Westin Downtown Dallas for a conference at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. It was a very short walk and surrounded by cute restaurants and bars. We even had a colleague forget her phone in Arlington and the valet (Melvin) went all the way there to get it for her! The hotel is clean and beautiful but I would stay here ten times over the staff and the hospitality.

From check in to check out, everyone there, wherever you go, whatever you do will be a special memory. The room is the best we have stayed in among anywhere we have traveled. The Monarch was fabulous, and the Catbird was the best time we have had as a family celebrating a special event at any hotel or resort. Come here and don't leave the building for the weekend.

Was looking forward to enjoying a day at the Joule, as a Dallas local but having never visited before. I had 4 hours of spa treatments booked and was looking forward to arriving early to use the pool and have lunch. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk how to get to the pool. They looked at me shocked I would even ask and said the pool was for hotel guests only. Now mind you, this was a Tuesday morning. Had it been a packed Saturday, I understand that priority would go to hotel guests. But given I was spending MORE at the spa than their room rates, I was shocked they refused to let me upstairs, even to have lunch and drinks! I visit hotel spas all the time and have never been turned away from using the facilities. Word of advice to Joule management—you often only get one shot to make a lifelong customer. I would have likely made this my spa of choice going forward and tried the restaurants and maybe even done a few staycations. It costs nothing to make an impression and let a high paying spa customer use the pool on a day when the hotel is empty (which is was btw—not a soul in the lobby or either of the lobby restaurants at lunch time).

The 1st room was 404 after 3 hours being subjected to the crashing of buses on the steel plate outside! Asked To be moved. Receptionist immediately gave us 921 which was quiet. Location good. Comfortable room. Breakfast good. Just a pity had to move rooms.

When you walk into the lobby it is welcoming, modern and clean. Unfortunately none of those feelings go any further into the hotel than that. The rooms were a bit grubby and everything was worn - the cupboard the fridge was in didn’t close properly, the air conditioning was really loud, the bedding was worn (and no longer white), the towels threadbare and the shower badly repaired (I have posted a photo of this and the towels). When we used the shower the mirror misted up and you could see what a previous resident had written on the mirror (I have posted a picture of this) - suggesting no one is cleaning the mirrors, and if they are skipping them then what else are they skipping? As for the on site restaurant, what can I say? Do not eat here. When we tried to there was a big crowd at the bar, making a lot of noise, and we were seated in the small bar area. Despite having three couples dining they seated us all in the small, crowded bar area and didn’t open the restaurant seating. The menu is very small, not many options at all, and the drinks menu shows about a tenth of the drinks they actually have. Our waitress seemed confused easily, my wife asked if they had Sierra Mist to drink and received a blank look and a puzzled ‘Mist?’ as an answer. When our food arrived my wife’s salad had some unidentified black bits in it and I found a twisted ribbon of metal in between a slice of lukewarm sausage and the soggy fries. We called the waitress over to receive more blank looks to our complaints, no apologies or suggestions of alternatives. In the end we just got up and left, saying we weren’t going to pay for a meal that we hadn’t eaten because we didn’t fancy a trip to hospital. So, dangerous food, poor service and an unpleasant environment - do yourselves a favour and do what we did, go out and eat the great Mexican food at Uno Mas around the corner.

GGuest UserEverything was fantastic. I guess it is always good to mention something that could be helpful. In this case it will be the annoying 6 digit plus # code every time you enter the building, use a lift (you must take two to get to the room but only one needs the code) and enter your room. So many times the code just does not connect properly and it got frustrating at time with up to 6 times to enter the room one time. I am sure they can find a better solution for future travellers (even 5 digits).

DD’ArtagnanLocation and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience.
I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.
BBrittanyI thoroughly enjoy my stay when at the Marriott downtown. I would wish the valet parking service could be swifter as I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to arrive even after calling for it to be pulled before checking out of the hotel. Other than this, my stay was as good as it has been in the past

GGuest UserUsed this hotel as it is close to a Holt Cat dealer and I’m an employee training for the week. It is in a very bad area as other reviewers described but it had a security guard and I was willing to take the risk. Was quoted 139.00 a day and I said that’s good I needed it for the week. Room was nice although the walls were thin and the ac unit sounded like an airplane trying to take off when the compressor kicked in. I did not complain about these things, I realize some things the front desk just can’t control. However when I checked out and asked for a copy of the bill I was shocked to see that the daily charges were 139, 179, 199, 199, and 139. I spoke with the guy at the front desk and he said he didn’t know why but would have the asst manager Jennifer call when she came in Went to class the whole day and got no call. Drove 4 hours home and called and she said Jennifer would be in at 11 pm and would call me in the morning. I called back at 6:30 before her shift ended and she said it was common practice to change the rates daily without people’s consent. I asked since my credit card was charged when I arrive was this not a contract to which she stated it was only a hold put on the card. She then stated I needed to talk to the manager Tim when he arrived back to work on Monday. This is not even my credit card that was charged it was the company’s but it’s about the principle now. The fact that I have to wait 4 days for something to be corrected that should have happened when brought to their attention the first time. There is a major disconnect between the auditors, managers, and customers. Will see how Tim handles this Monday before I write a review on Holts credit card statement that I have to submit, for all of holts company’s to see how Marriott treats its customers.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice, right in the center of the city, only ten minutes walk from Kennedy Square, bus station, Big Eye and museum! Moreover, the front desk and service ecology are very good, and the sanitation is first-class. Although Ctrip gives it a three-star rating, it is a four-star high-level hotel!

JJINAll are good, the front desk staff is very friendly, but the room window is dead. It is estimated that in order to change the air, the bathroom ventilation fan has no switch, and it keeps ringing.
SShortknocerI have stayed in many IHG properties, including Candlewood Suites, and they have always been good. This room was an embarrassment to the company! The experience started with the check-in where we were processed by a very sharp young lady. Full disclosure, I was somewhat surprised I was not given an upgrade due to my Rewards standing but, it was a reward night. When the elevator door opened, it squeaked so badly we were apprehensive about getting in. We did make it to the third floor and our room appeared to be fine. BUT, the first issue arose when the remote would not turn on the TV. I finally got it to light up by using the power button on the set. The remote would only move the channels up, not down and although the closed captions showed on, they did not work. When my wife got out of the shower, she told me it was the slowest draining tub she had ever seen. When I got in later, I had to remove the stopper completely in order to get it to drain. The control for the sink stopper WOULD NOT WORK and I had to push it all the way down. Then, I could not get it open and my shaving cream residue stayed in the sink after I pried the stopper enough to get it to slowly drain. When I got in the shower, I discovered the shampoo and the conditioner containers WERE EMPTY! I related all these issues to the desk person when I checked out but I am not confident she was concerned at all! Although I used reward points for this room, I WASTED THEM!

GGuest UserI am excited to share our wonderful experience at the Days Inn Market Center on TripAdvisor. Our recent stay with family was nothing short of delightful, with the hotel's warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and prime location ensuring a memorable vacation. The check-in process was a breeze, and the front desk staff went the extra mile to make sure we would be comfortable during our stay. They attended to our needs, provided valuable information about the area, and recommended local attractions and dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably throughout our stay, always making sure we had fresh towels and replenished amenities. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, enabling us to stay connected with friends and family. The hotel's central location in the bustling Market Center was a major advantage. We found it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, public transportation was just a short walk away, making it easy for us to travel further afield. What stood out most was the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were always ready to help with any special requests or assistance, and the communal areas provided a cozy and inviting space for families to relax and unwind. In summary, our stay at Days Inn Market Center was an absolute pleasure, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to the area
