Disappointed that conditioner bottle in shower was empty and appeared to be food crumbs around the couch, missed when cleaning from prior guest I suppose. Seemed clean otherwise. Comfortable sleep. It was a good safe location and I would likely give this place another chance. I guess I expect the best at a deluxe stay…

Given wrong room. Twice. Booked a King. Hot two queen beds. Drain in bathroom were very slow. No lotions stocked. Wallpaper peeling. AWFUL

This is a very nice hotel, the amenities are great and the customer service was on point. The reception was appreciated & the breakfast was AWESOME!! This will be my go to whenever I visit Dallas.

Super clean and quiet stay. Lots of nearby shopping. Fast check in and friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious. Bathrooms were a bit troublesome with slow drains backing up in the tub as well as paint chipping off. The beds and sofa bed were not very comfortable but we managed to get some rest. Otherwise a good hotel.

Heat in room did not work. Maintenance came by and fiddled with thermostat and said it was working. Wrong. Had to call for no heat a second time. Maintenance came and corrected the issue. Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave had no power. Had to call to get power connected.
