The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic. We liked the quietness and arranged us to rooms 7-12. The hotel facilities are okay. I would like to make a small suggestion to pay more attention to hygiene. The rest is clean, but there is a small hair in the cup😓, which makes it a little uncomfortable. Overall, it’s okay. Another advantage is that parking is convenient and free😊

My fiancée and I loved our stay here. The location is not too far from the train station station and not too far from the sights we saw, being Chenshan Mountain, Erhai Lake and the ancient city. We booked the premier room and weren’t disappointed. The views to the lake/sea are lovely and the room is comfortable. Staff were always happy and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again.

The title of the room was a bit misleading, i filtered the room in the ‘leisure smart room (with view)’ and saw that people got the room overlooking the bridge but when i booked and checked in, the view was actually another block of building like in my picture. 🥲🥲🥲 Was really disappointed of the misleading title. So not sure what is actually the ‘view’ here.
But other than that, all other amenities are great. The host and family was very welcoming. They offered tea and even offered lunch. We politely said no bcs we already had lunch before. I wish this hotel will get its exposure it needs. It’s really good aside from the misleading room title.

This should be the best hotel in Dali. But it's because of the very personal service that the concierge gave. Coco went way beyond her responsibilities to meet our requests and even offer more than what we asked for. She always reponded to our weChat text very quickly. Coco really deserves to be rewarded. It reflects a good culture in the hotel as other staff are also very helpful. It really made our stay in Dali memorable. Location of the hotel is also very good; just opposite the cruise terminal and a short walk to many restaurants. The view of the lake from the room is really nice. Breakfast is also good and extensive. If I ever visit Dali again, I will surely stay at Pullman again, and look for Coco.

This is definitely a treasure hotel. The owner is very enthusiastic, there is a pick-up service, and he also makes Tremella soup at night. Although I stayed in a mountain view room, the public balcony of the hotel has a great view and a wide field of vision. The weather in Dali is also very cool, but the ultraviolet rays are strong and you need to take good sun protection. The guest rooms are decorated in a high-end manner and the facilities are quite complete. It is very convenient to eat and drink outside, and it is also convenient to take a taxi nearby. The room has a great view 👍👍👍 and the basic accommodation facilities are available. Even if I stayed for two consecutive days and asked for cleaning every day, the housekeeper could arrange it one by one. It is recommended to add tea bags, bathroom floor towels and welcome fruits.

Overall it’s a good experiences, Guest Relations team proactively recovered my bad experiences when we had the breakfast and extend the check out till 2pm with some amenities and fruits delivery.
Buffet restaurant definitely need more trainings about how to bring more efficient during the peak hours but service staff attitude are very positive. Breakfast food is ok.
Facilities are quite new and well maintained - reception helped to upgrade my rooms as we traveled together and arrange properly. Except the elevator which is quite odd that you have to take excessive steps to lobby.
Location is good near the bottom of the ErHai having a great seat view but if you want to go to the ancient city or some ancient towns to the west of the sea you’d better have a car or you have drivers.

GGuest UserI think this is a really nice hotel and the people are very willing to help you. Breakfast is not a choice, but there is so much good food that comes on a tray. It's a walkable area but the area is incredibly expensive for China. If you're an expat, You should know some things...like 1st of all it's incredibly far from the train station about an hour and a 1/2. Secondly I don't think that the price for the queen suite is fair. I don't know what I can say but it was more expensive than a 4 mandarin grand carlton in other areas of China. While it was nice, the price doesn't reflect what you get. I'd stay here again, for sure, if I was going back to the area, but I would book one of their cheaper rooms. Service was great, but we got here (yes they tried to contact me in advance, but I don't speak much Chinese) and it was quite a puzzle in figuring how to get to the actual hotel. Luckily someone from another hotel was able to help. Once they knew we were here, they shuttled our luggage to the hotel and carried it to our rooms. The people working here are wonderful, but the area is very expensive and room prices for the queen suite are WAY more than you will get elsewhere in China.

Location: Ideally situated on the north side of old town Dali, it's conveniently accessible on foot or by electric bike. The surrounding area boasts a variety of trendy shops, yet remains far enough from the bustling streets to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.
Amenities: The room is equipped with modern amenities and cutting-edge technology, although we unfortunately couldn't fully utilize them due to our limited Chinese language skills. The rooms are immaculately clean, and the bed is incredibly soft and comfortable - I mean soft by Western standards - one of the best beds we've encountered on our trip so far.
Service: I can't praise their service enough! The husband and wife owners went above and beyond, calling us before our arrival to confirm our arrival time. During our stay, they arranged pickup and dropoff services for us, despite the crowds in old town due to the festival. They even helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs. They were kind enough to gift us fridge magnets as farewell gifts. Their helpfulness and valuable tips and recommendations made our stay truly memorable. Dali wouldn't have been the same without the homestay's owners - they deserve far more recognition!

GGuest UserMy favorite homestay during my 10-day trip in Yunnan! It's really great! The room is spacious and clean, with dry and wet separation. The flowers in the yard are beautiful, and the sea view is unbeatable! I stayed here for another night and saw the sunrise, rainbow, and the full moon over Erhai Lake at night without leaving the house. It was really worth the trip! The breakfast was delicious, and it tasted even better with such a scenery! The boss and the housekeeper were very kind. They helped us contact a chartered car when we left for Lijiang! The kittens are also very cute and photogenic!

The innkeeper will help you move the suitcase into the room. The air conditioner and TV are Xiaomi brand. You can cast the screen to watch the drama you want to watch when you rest in the room, which is very convenient.
The inn is very quiet at night, and the bedding is comfortable and you can sleep well.
The bathroom is spacious, and the towels and bath towels are disposable products, so you can use them with confidence. There are many bottles of mineral water in the stairwell, and you can take them when you need them.
There is a small terrace on the 4th floor, where you can dry your clothes, which is very convenient.

Breakfast is a traditional Chinese breakfast with noodles and various dim sum. It was refreshing coming back in the evenings to a small snack from the hotel that generally included warm milk and fresh fruit. The bed is very comfortable. The owner and staff and very kind and will help you to the best of their abilities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

RrobynwhaleyThis hotel is more like a flat, it's in a block of flats meaning cars can't pick you up from the door, you have to walk outside of the community. The view is gorgeous and the hotel will pick you up from the railway station and guide you to your room. It's on the opposite side of the lake to the attractions, which we didn't mind as it was nice and quiet and gives you a different view of the lake. The room is decorated with a lot of tacky toys, literally Teddy bears on the bed like a child's room, if they were gone it would be nicer.
