rule owner , rule staff , there are nothing make you happy when check in up to check out , nothing free even thought a bottle of water , too bad to stay here , we are travel alots of place in viet nam and stay alot of hotel , but this is terrible hotel that we’re ever stayed

Bad experience, i booked before 1 week with payment in advance 30% , its not nice when come to Phuong anh hotel but no room booked for me , the host inform to me that staff received deposit but no keep the room for us . Its really not nice in peak days ( weekend day ) so i hope that you guys do not come to this hotel. Its manager by family so there’s no professionalism, they back money to me by the price same as the price I deposit. I think it must be more than that . They Burnt our plan
