酒店衞生條件不錯，設施很全，有免費礦泉水提供，提供一次性馬桶墊，有一次性毛巾但是是收費的，入住辦理很快捷，早餐也很多樣。

酒店價格親民，房間設施齊全，空間很大，唯一美中不足的就是網絡時有時無，總斷網。要是住這家的親們一定不要忽略出酒店右手邊第二家飯店《江南一品《》那是超值超讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻因為在代州找個真正吃飯地真的不容易，他家味道好菜碼大價格便宜，説真的我們一個東北人的胃都吃不了，吃完後打包還足足的分量，絕對值得推薦！

房間設施都很舊了，毛巾也黑黢黢的，邊都毛得不行了。定了親子房，但是衹有兩人份的衞浴用品和毛巾，再找服務員要，毛巾怎麼都不肯給，最後在別的房間拿了塊毛巾給我們，浴巾沒有。早飯衹有兩人，小朋友也要單獨收費，10/人的標準倒是和酒店的名字接軌了，但是實物還和酒店相差甚遠，衞生也令人擔憂。
酒店客房通道里也沒有正常的燈，還有一股很奇怪的味道，一度懷疑是什麼不正經的酒店。

房間很大，後面雖然是鐵軌，但窗關嚴的話，火車通過時的聲音不大，而且深夜沒有車次，所以不影響睡覺，停車方便有地下車庫，但由於出入通道很窄要注意安全，不過毛巾要換了，又破又舊
