The hotel environment is very beautiful, but there was a little hiccup during check-in. The adjusted room was not cleaned in time, which affected the overall experience of the stay. The temperature of the indoor hot spring was a little low on rainy days, but the lady at the front desk was very nice and recommended it to us. Meals suitable for children

服務態度很差，工作人員説話很不耐煩，衞生堪憂，床單上有血跡沒洗乾淨，房間裏沒有空調，早餐做得很一般，房間隔音效果差，整個別墅沒有一個洗衣機，衞生間淋浴水很小，用起來很不方便，性價比低，服務質量跟價格不成正比

第一次見到三四百的酒店裡面有電風扇，三十度的天氣店員説沒有空調只有熱風，熱衹能開電風扇。房間早上七點就能亮瞎你的眼，八點左右電鑽般的動靜是啥操作？。這種拖鞋你敢穿嗎？到處都是爛兮兮的，廁所還有一股你無法忍受的臭味，如果你還是想去的話記得帶沐浴露和洗髮水，因為幾百塊的酒店是沒有給你準備這些的哦！

元旦期間，下午4點，都沒有打掃房間，去催了幾次，房間設定不是很合理，一樓的客廳沒有公用廁所，必須要進入房間的衞生間，泡池不錯。幾個人泡都沒問題，有服務員幫忙打掃泡池和放水，早餐比較差

1.上個客人留的水瓶還在。2.私隱玻璃內部看外面看不到，外面看裏面太清晰了😂，真要打個麻將都不用進來，外面就拍了。3.酒店確實離景區很近，但就導致周邊完全沒有外賣點，總的來説不方便。4.酒店套房1888，去哪兒優惠到1688這個價格房間居然連個座機都沒有。5.同時，房間僅有取暖的石墨烯，沒有空調再回到這個價格，你覺得合適嗎？6.兩棟別墅之間距離很近，就幾根竹子隔開，你説隱蔽吧，你不去盯着其實看不見，但你就一般聲音説話旁邊都能聽見，我帶着小孩，就是不想吵到別人才訂的這個房型，結果還是吵到鄰居，這個價格獨棟別墅？？？？？黑人問號）7.求求了，你都擺了茶具了，能不能放個單子給我點個茶葉消費的機會？8.真的就一個幹房子!裏面任何零食都沒有，周邊也點不了外賣，我想喝個可樂，在沒有座機的情況下，我只有走出大堂那邊去才能買，再次疑問1688？9.隔音超級差!隔壁客人説話走路我坐在我的客廳都能聽見，而且!我能直接走到隔壁房間的院子裏去!都不用爬的!有點無力吐槽（見圖7）10.再次求求了，你衞生間上面的通風窗就不能裝個紗窗嗎？你本來夏天就沒有納涼的東西，我開窗還得喂蚊子……哦🙄多半你們夏天也開不了。11.16年裝修的……你這全屋……這80年代的風格和這滿牆的瑕疵敍利亞風格……夠了真的!總結:一次就夠夠的了，再來我是沙比!
