My suite was G2. It was around 350~400 per night. The Pleasantries: The Outdoors: The public pool was a sight to behold, and the proximity to the beach was most convenient. One could spend a rather enjoyable afternoon by the pool, sipping a fine beverage and overlooking the ocean. Privacy and Convenience: The villa provided a good level of privacy, and its location offered convenient access to both the Da Nang city centre and the charming town of Hoi An. Staff Depor**ent: Though understaffed, the personnel conducted themselves in a professional manner, and their handling of complaints was quite civilized, I must say. The Unpleasantries: Absence of Amenities: It was most disconcerting to find that the rooms were bereft of televisions and that the air conditioning system was inoperative. For the rate of 400 USD per night, one would reasonably expect these basic amenities to be in good order. Inefficient Procedures: The necessity of waiting for staff to check in and out was an irksome inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with proper staffing or organisation. Disrepair: The villa exhibited a rather rundown appearance, with appliances in various states of disrepair. The fan, the hair dryer – all seemed to have seen better days. Design Inconsistencies: The logic of the design was puzzling indeed. Providing but one cup, yet two sets of toothbrushes, left us quite perplexed. The safe was curiously placed atop the closet, and the water pressure was disappointingly weak. Furniture: I would be remiss not to mention the furniture, which appeared rather worn and past its prime. In Conclusion: Ocean Villa, despite its appealing location and outdoor amenities, fell short of the expectations one might associate with a venue at this price point. Whilst I extend my sincere appreciation to the staff for their professionalism, I cannot in good conscience endorse this accommodation without significant improvements. Though our stay was not entirely without merit, the aforementioned shortcomings led us to seek a refund for one of our nights. It is my earnest hope that Ocean Villa might address these issues, for the potential for a truly splendid getaway does indeed exist.

Now my family are spending wonderful time at Da Nang Vinpearl resort & spa. Especially thanks to Tue Nghi, we were very happy on July 22 2023, which was my daughter’s birthday. Thank you again Tue Nigh and the manager of Monsoon restaurant for the birthday cake and the great song.

I wanted to go to Marble Mountain, so I went 2 hours early and consulted if I could keep my luggage, and he was willing to lend me a room. Also upgraded for free. I rented some rooms in the same price range in Hanoi, Da Nang and Hoi An, but the shower was comfortable here! The temperature and water pressure of hot water are the best. It's a bit far from Da Nang and Hoi An, but it's a place to stay here on the day you go to Marble Mountain. There is also a supermarket within walking distance. I want to stay again when I come to Vietnam ♪

I had to change my schedule because of Corona 19. It was an embarrassing situation, but with the kind help of the person in charge, Jenny, I was able to change and cancel my schedule. It was a sad heart that the trip was canceled, but I was impressed by Mr. Jenny's warm consideration. I don't know when Corona 19 will be better, but I would like to visit and express my appreciation directly. I had a lot of expectations because it was a resort with high price satisfaction, but I think it's not enough to give a friendly manager 5 stars. I would like to believe in this service. I think all the rest of the unfortunate parts can be forgotten naturally. Highly recommended. And thank you Jenny.

Amazing beach hotel stay We stayed at the Sandy Beach resort in the middle of our two week visit to Vietnam On arrival we were served a nice cooling drink whilst we filled in all the relevant paperwork We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade to a sea view room and what a view it was :) The room was very spacious, spotless and complete with mini bar, hair dryer, tv, safe and free toiletries The king size bed had lovely soft cotton sheets and soft pillows, we slept well every night The hotel has its own infinity pool which over looks the spotless beach, there are life guards on duty at both the pool and beach, clean fresh beach towels are available daily from the bar area The Hotel has a on site bar and restaurant, drinks and food were booked to our room and paid for on departure, at the time of our visit it was very quite guest wise so there was no problem when it came to eating and drinking There was a happy hour from 16:00 to 18:00, beer was served in tins but cocktails were always freshly made from scratch Breakfast was buffet style, eggs of all styles were cooked to order and there was plenty of choice for all nationality's Fantastic beach holiday stay
