Staff, when able, were very helpful.
Our TV or Aerial Connection, had an annoying habit .of cutting out , when it rained. Which in our case was every evening..

Lovely property with a gorgeous view of the lake.
Walking distance to shops and other conveniences,
The apartment was very clean and well presented with everything you need for a quiet stay.

Beautiful surroundings, a real Bay of Palms! Pity I have not seen a receptionist. Nonetheless, communication re check in was very friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Unit we stayed in was tired and needed some maintenance. There was a water leak in the water main water running all the time unless water turned off at the main. The air conditioner water drained into the vanity basin in the bathroom. You couldn’t leave anything on the basin as it would get wet.

Main bed very comfortable. Trundle beds for teenagers very uncomfortable. Springs were damaged- like sleeping on a hammock. Good air conditioning, perfect for a few nights. Not enough cutlery for 4 people- missing a fork, no chopping board. Close to shops. Great walk around the lake.
