Blue Wave Hotel

3 star hotel but nothing more than a motel. Obstruction room. Cold side water is locked. Receptionist instead of receiving information, requests the opposite of guests. Breakfast buffet until 7:30 did not receive food. Super few and simple dishes...bad experience and don't want to come back
Vinpearl Discovery Cua Hoi

I spent a night during the Spring Festival. There were very few people. The service was very welcoming. There were many types of breakfasts. In Vietnam, their hotel menus basically have Chinese. The beach has not been built yet. The hotel is a bit far from the sea.
Summer CUA Lo Hotel

Arrived from Hanoi early hours of morning due to delay of plane, Superb Hotel and spotless. However not one word of English was spoken by any of the staff. Room was brilliant and the best I have seen for sometime. Breakfast. Egg and dry bread, half a cup of coffee with carnation milk. Only one other table occupied. Dinner. We are the only people in the restaurant. I ordered pork. Got two plates of food. First plate consisted of a piece of pork????? That had come out of the deep freezer and deep fried, completely unedible , The second plate some pork strips which was reasonably good. Both plates with chips and no vegetables. This is not a place for Europeans. We should not have been there. However the actual Hotel was brilliant. However we just went to Vinh City and found a pizza. Spent a fortune on taxis. 350000 dong each way twice,
Saigon Kimlien Resort Cualo

I stay in Cua Lo at least 4-times a month. As a result I’ve tried myriad hotels and I must say, for the price, Saigon Kim Lien is my go-to spot. Located across the street from the beach, the hotel has a swimming pool, gym, tennis court and massage salon. It also has an old school charm which suits my taste (rather than the cookie-cutter high-rise, overpriced hotels that are popping up). The rooms are large and comfy. The spacious bathrooms have a shower/bath. The rooms also come with safes and large cable TVs. The service is wonderful (especially front-desk, hostess Yen). There is a bar and a wonderful dining room. Cua Lo, while well-known to Vietnamese, is still being discovered by foreigners. It’s a gem—the Resort and the town…
