Atendente não nos deu toalha uma para cada, chuveiro com água mais gelada que o gelo isso que estava calor obs deixei aberto e regulei por uns 20 minutos, usamos uma toalha para os dois, café da manhã sempre às mesmas coisas bolo massa igual para todos só enfeitam com banana ou farofa para dizer ser outro tipo, queijo menos da metade do tamanho da fatia, sem opção para um Nescau, suco integral com Mt água para render, presunto com uma cara duvidosa pensando será q se eu comer morro hj ou amanhã. Gostaria de um desconto nesse hotel foi péssima a experiência. Nota zero!

Já estive em outras oportunidades neste hotel, realmente a qualidade caiu muito.
Quartos bem apertados, tive que fazer uma reunião com o notebook e a mesa muito pequena.
Outro procedimento ruim que ocorreu, estava escovando os dentes e começaram a usar furadeira no quarto de cima, começou a sair água bem escura após esse serviço, tive que deixar a torneira aberta por volta de 20 minutos, até que a água voltasse ao cor normal.
Agora, o que achei pior de tudo foi o café da manhã, não tinha nenhuma fruta, nem manteiga e nem mel, mal tinha alguns pães, péssimo café da manhã.
Não tinha equipamento para aquecer os pães.
Estou pagando para ter um mínimo de conforto.
Não volto mais neste estabelecimento.
