Very shabby, bathroom not cleaned. The soundproofing is so bad that you can hear people walking or talking upstairs clearly. But the hotel location is convenient if you drive by yourself.

Service was very good. Hotel staff assisted us with after hours check in plus retrieval of ‘left behind’ items upon check out when it was outside of the operating hours!!

The hotel does not have round-the-clock check-in I saw it in advance, so I checked in first before playing. The hotel provides parking spaces, which is convenient for entry and exit. The room was neat and clean

We booked the $380 cny but some how get error on confirmation when arriving and the booking another room right away after found out the room have queen bed are denied, we got another room that had 1 queen and 2 twins bed which we not need those extra bed and cost $580 cny , well at list of we got a room, we really happy on our stay. Thank you.

The room is relatively large, with direct views of the sea, good value for money, and convenient transportation, especially suitable for families. There are two large beds, two large and three small, no problem at all. good!

Very dated but comfortable

Pictures make this look a lot nicer than it actually is for sure. Expected better for the price, but being that close to the beach was nice.

I won’t call this a hotel, even my 6 year old said it’s barely a motel standard. Staff are friendly, location is good, parking is a nightmare, we hardly able to find any parking close to our room. The hotel restaurant is a very popular dining option in the area and our room is right next to the restaurant and is quite noisy even at night time. The lawn area in front of our room is nice for the kids to run around but with no privacy. Overall a 3 star.

Property location is ideal, close to pier and town center. Disappointed to not have designated parking spot, need to find parking space along public road. Bathing room is clean, though utilities are a bit dated but all are fully functional.

The room is pretty small and it’s quite noisy outside at night.

This hotel’s location is excellent due to its proximity to beach, shops, restaurants and Phillip island. Fairly decent hotel with excellent restaurant. Only problem was that they don’t serve breakfast but there are plenty options around

We had a great time over there. So convenient for everything.
