Super quiet hotel with a fantastic landscape, cheap and quality restaurant. Very nice rooms but with a small bathroom. The terrace was huge and could even have been better used. Very normal breakfast. In addition to the natural beauty of the place, what pleased us most was the friendliness with which we were always treated, with a professionalism that we rarely encountered.

We spent an incredible weekend in this spectacular place. A simple hotel, but its success stands out in its simplicity. Clean rooms, the entire environment very well cared for, the restaurant simple but the food very good, and the staff very attentive. If I have to say a but, it is the breakfast, since it could have had something else.

A group of friends went to spend a weekend in this wonderful area of ​​Portugal. We rented one of the houses they offer, Casa do Moinho. We loved the house, everything was very new, decorated with good taste, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It has a huge living room with very comfortable sofas. It is very cozy. In addition, the house has its own landscaped garden, where we were able to enjoy both the good weather and the spectacular views. The surroundings of the hotel are incredible, in the Gerês park, surrounded by nature and with the Cavado river at the foot of the slope where the hotel is located. There are many route options and spectacular places to visit in the surroundings. The hotel facilities are very well maintained. We took advantage of the indoor pool to relax. It has several jacuzzi-type water jets. Since the weather was good, we were lucky to also be able to enjoy the outdoor pool. Breakfast was included, and we liked it very much... It is not a very large buffet, but it has things for all tastes and of good quality. We ate in the hotel restaurant, we tried both the dishes on the menu and the snacks (which are salads, hamburger or sandwich). We loved both options... It is true that the dishes are more expensive if you compare them with any restaurant in the nearby towns, but the convenience of not having to leave there if you don't want to and the views from the dining room are worth it. We also made use of the spa that offers a varied menu of massages. We left there totally relaxed and relaxed☺️ All the hotel staff is especially friendly, polite and concerned about pleasing the client. In short, a place to repeat!!!! It is true that access to the hotel has quite steep slopes... We did not find it complicated at all, but it may be difficult if you are not used to it.
