Breakfast is so bad, Chinese people should not like it. But there is no way, there is no other delicious nearby, just let it be. Extra bed is available, the location is very good, there is a bus directly to the cable car station next to it, 4 euros per person (round-trip fare) is very convenient. However, it is recommended not to live on the side of the road, and hear the sound of the car whizzing from morning till night. The hotel is still very clean.

We stayed in this hotel 'unfortunately' for only one night to rest and then go back in the day. We arrived late in the evening and we could not enjoy the dinner service that, From menu, it was a sin (maybe at the next occasion) but yet, we were welcomed in a friendly way by the receptionist despite the hour! The hotel is located in the centre of the Borgo, easy to reach with private parking and especially a few minutes from the hotel. Courmayeur, also walking. The style is typical of mountain, stone and with well-trained furniture, the structure is a good fusion between stone and wood that characterizes its floor and furniture (even historic). The double room was not particularly large but certainly comfortable and just warm in relation to the outside temperature, clean and with comfortable bathroom provided with window for a pleasant frizzing wake! The room was very comfortable and the TV, they completed the work of a quick sleep. It will be tired but you have had a very pleasant sleep without no noise or noise of any kind, in practice as if we were taken into a cloud! The chilli on the cake then, there was not breakfast but wake up! The panorama that was flowing from the windows of the room ... the profile of the mountains have a special charm! We wouldn't want to repartite .... In conclusion, breakfast served in a wide and comfortable room offers the table warm and buffet drinks a variety of cheese, sauces, bread, marmelade and bricks! The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. Thank you further to all the friendly and available staff, wishing a good season for the next start. Ah .... quality/price ratio ... OK!

Firstly I want to start by saying the lovely lady on reception was great - couldn't fault her at all, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the horrible man who appeared to be the manager. Me my partner and our 3 young children broke down on the mountain, completely expectedly of course. We had an horrendous time waiting to be rescued for hours, then left stranded in courmayeur. Most of the hotel we tried were fully booked, I did however manage to charge my phone and found this place online - rooms for 5 of us are very difficult to find, and unnecessary. As we have our own pop up small cot for our 8 month old, and my 2 year old sleeps with me. We found a room for 3 and booked, can I add this has never been a problem for us in other hotel, and on this trip alone we stayed in 10 in both Italy and France and never been charged and treated like we were here. We were told we had to pay an extra 80euros, just presumably for the small children breathing the oxygen? As breakfast wasn't included, and the room wasn't amended or changed at all after paying this money. We still only had 3 beds, and for future reference this set up would not work for a child any older than mine - she's a very small snd slim 8 year old, the 'bed' they supply in a triple room is no more than a very narrow filmy camp bed. When I questioned why were being charged so much more, he was so rude and I felt intimidated and made to feel extremely unwelcoming. I was already in tears before this and he made it worse. The room was really tired too tbh, and for some reason the bath water was brown. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
