The hotel is OK it’s the worst experience as a charming hotel. The service is terrible. The Concierge is the worst you can have and the shuttle service is the critical thing of the hotel. They don’t know how to be a five star hotel. They don’t know how to act they don’t know how to treat the clients.

This hotel offers the best experience possible in a town already know for upscale experiences. I came to Courchevel to relax and ski instead of shop and party, and found just what I was looking for here, and so much more. Warm staff, everyone greeting me by name, no request was denied, food superior, and most importantly, comfortable, well designed suites. I loved having two bathrooms and two separate closets so my partner and I didn’t have to share, and there was more than enough storage space for clothes and luggage, especially since ski trips we tend to pack heavy. My only suggestion would be to increase the number of shuttles, at night it becomes a bit competitive to get a ride home and the line is often busy which was annoying, albeit more than understandable. I am not sure if I will ever be back in Courchevel, but if I am, I would return here and go nowhere else.

You ll never be able to ski anywhere else. Incredible experience. Staff at your beck and call. Whole other level of professionalism. Staff super friendly. Ski store staff was amazing. The valets ready to take you or pick you up from any location at minutes notice. I could rave all the day long. Oh and delicious Japanese restaurant. Must visit

Rooms are alpine style but luxurious, while service is attentive and excellent. The rooms probably need a bit more tech. The temperature isn't adjustable from within the room, and the lighting is a bit dim at night and not adjustable. Two things made the stay less than perfect. One was my room door being left unlocked after the turndown service (the door is heavy and somewhat stiff). Another happened at breakfast, both myself and the gentleman beside me ordered the same thing, but he received it with truffles on top compliments of the house. He was obviously a regular so I understand, but it still stood out.

Beautiful restaurant very clean,and good food with Good selection . Covid rules respected . Nice sushi counter and sushi was nice as well. The bar menu during lunch time is good as well. Different option of food and vegetarian options as well

We were a big family, 4 kids , 2 teens and 6 adults. The hotel was just so welcoming and hospitable and accommodating to all our needs ! Check in was a breeze. The rooms are comfortable and so so well maintained and clean. The staff hands down are the best we have ever in countered. Will for sure be staying there again. They are just simply amazing. Location wise , it’s a 3 mins drive down to town, the drivers and hotel shuttle are amazing. The breakfast is exceptional ! They would have different pastries and cakes every day. The Japanese restaurant was very good for dinner as well.
