The hotel's location is quite a distance from the train station, which would be very inconvenient if it rained. There are also limited dining options nearby, so if you return late at night, you might not find any restaurants open. The room itself was neat and clean. The worst part, however, was that the hotel advertised having air conditioning. After contacting the staff, they claimed it would be fixed the next day, but three days later, it still wasn't working. I inquired daily, and the staff's responses were dismissive; they claimed not to know anything and didn't proactively offer any compensation. The weather was hot, and the room felt stuffy, yet the hotel didn't offer any alternative solutions, leaving guests to figure it out themselves. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning, so I am extremely dissatisfied with this lack of service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone whose decision is based on the availability of air conditioning.

The room was very clean and pleasant, and the hotel itself was beautifully decorated. The location is convenient – a 10-minute walk to the metro, and the yellow line isn't crowded. The neighborhood is calm and pleasant – clean, with a river nearby and interesting buildings. You can simply walk around the hotel and find it enjoyable! There's a restaurant on the ground floor, and many other cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The room came with a kettle, coffee maker, tea, and coffee. As for the downsides – my room was on the first floor, and the hallway was quite noisy, which disturbed my sleep. Overall, if you don't go to bed early, it's an excellent place 👍🏻

Close to the subway and a good business district. The room was very clean. They provide coffee, a hairdryer, and toiletries.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was quick and professional. The room, though small, was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the temperature was just right. The breakfast had a distinct European flair and was very tasty; I especially enjoyed the ham, cheese, and bread. The surrounding neighborhood has a great local vibe, and there's a supermarket right across the street.

The hotel's location isn't near the main attractions, which explains the reasonable price. It's only a 5-minute walk from the subway station, which isn't too far. The walk there is a bit dim in parts, but I understand it's a residential area, so it didn't feel too unsafe. Our initial room had several issues, but the staff were happy to move us to another one. The breakfast was absolutely excellent.
