We stayed here from 17th March - 23rd March. Booked all inclusive but it is more like full board. We arrived at 5pm after travelling all day and had to wait until 7pm for dinner. Thankfully there is a shop at the end of the street so we could get some items to keep us going. The snacks in between meals consisted of the left over pastries from breakfast that sat on the poolside bar. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner feels like it is situated in a wind tunnel. Dinner time was especially cold you had to have a coat/fleece scarf on. We ate as quick as we could because it was so cold. Back in the room for 8pm most nights. we would have liked to have sat in the restaurant for a bit longer. Bar/waiting staff are lovely and friendly.

Arrived at hotel on the 23 March, checked in was shown restaurant , pool upstairs and told follow path to room . No complaints with room as it was very spacious , shower was very powerful no faults here. Weather wasn’t that good on arrival as they were in the middle of a storm .. this lasted a few days so most of our time was spent at the room, using the patio when the sun came out .. However on going for our meals , the restaurant is very opened to the elements it was very cold, had to wear fleeces or jackets . It was like this at all meals .. food was ok and always managed to get something to eat although limited . The biggest disappointment was no enclosed bar area to sit and relax with a drink and meet people . ( or to get out room ) at the bar on the 4th night I was asked for room number, the member of staff was very aggressive , I tried to show my band but he wanted room number, I gave him it and asked why he was asking for it . He explained it was to record all alcohol , which I get, but we had never been asked before or after this event, and other people getting drinks that night weren’t asked ! So no consistency. In general All the staff were lovely and polite and always very busy . Weather started to pick up but it was cold and windy at poolside so again we used our patio and beach . On our last day we had to check out at 12, didn’t get picked up until 5-45pm , no curtesy room (shower at pool ) cases left at reception as again no room for cases. It was a good job it was a cracking day cause if it had been raining I don’t know what we would have done . Costa Calma has also felt the effects from Covid, with lots of businesses now closed . In all we did have a relaxing holiday , but think the hotel is missing a couple of things .

10 day holiday, perfect until the evening of the 8th day when my wife found a large piece of glass in her carbonara sauce , quietly it was handed in to the waiter who immediately took it into the kitchen. He took photos of the glass when he returned it to us. we then had a meeting with the manager next morning and she implied twice that we were lying however she did say that she would email through the photos taken (conveniently the piece of glass had been put into the trash!!!). We made repeated requested for the photos but each time we were given some excuse, as we hadn't received the photos or the piece of glass so we asked for a hotel complaint form. Then the whole attitude of the manager changed, she refused to talk to us. The only offer of compensation was a mini bottle of sparkling wine which we returned. We were all inclusive !! We returned home early next day without any further contact.

We are still in hotel and we took all inclusive. The room is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, hotel it self is very modern. We are here second time and we got from hotel a mini bottle of Cava, this was a nice touch.Food-very low budget. We are here sixth days already and all you can get ; loads of vegetables, rice and pasta, fish. For me fish and salads ok, these are what I had to eat all six days, but for my husband ( he is a chef), he couldn’t find anything good, meat chewy and no flavor, for dinner chicken nuggets ,excuse me chicken nuggets-what are they thinking!!! We went to eat couple times outside. But still I can not give for this hotel low rate, just recommend do not take all inclusive, if you love food.

We are still in this hotel and I am not a person who normally complains but!! Our room is lovely and that is where it ends. The restaurant sorry cafeteria is a major league problem it’s the only hotel I have stayed in where you have to wear a jacket for breakfast or any other meal as it is basically a wind tunnel. If you get to the cafe at 7pm and stand in a queue and are quick it might still be slightly warm but if you wait till after 8 pm there is nothing left and they don’t seem to have the facilities to replenish the dishes ie beef chilli managed to turn in to onion rings only one example but was told that’s it and only 8.30!! and café supposedly open till 9.30 On the plus side bar staff are very pleasant and helpful but from now until it’s time to go home I will be eating out and will take it up with Easy Jet who need to get back basics and actually visit these so called 4 star establishments as this is a 3 at very best

This fabulous small hotel ticked all the boxes for us. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Large balcony with a couple of chairs and a spacious bathroom. We had requested an upper floor room (there are only ground floor and first floor rooms) and away from the road-side of the hotel; the request was honoured and we had such a peaceful stay. We were All Inclusive and the restaurant did not let us down. Good quality food and plenty of variety - a difference from the large scale All Inclusive hotels further towards the coast. The restaurant staff and kitchen staff were all very friendly and made sure that wine was readily available when we needed it. A big thank you to Julio who made our restaurant experience fun with his chat and friendliness. The hotel is a short (15 mins) stroll from the beach but we stayed pool-side for our week as the sun-patio was so lovely. Again, the young man who tended the pool bar was friendly and chatty. It was my partner's birthday whilst we were staying here and the hotel surprised us with a mini bottle of Cava in an ice bucket in our room. Nice touch. Worthy of note; our visit was in February and the restaurant was sometimes a little breezy in the evenings and the sun-deck could be a little windy at times too....but that's Fuerteventura for you and it definitely didn't spoil our stay there.

Arrived just after midday (used the hotel link for transfer and all worked really well) Room wasn’t ready but all inclusive was so went for lunch and a well needed drink. Reception pleasant and actually came to find us when room was ready - nice touch Rooms - spacious, really clean, good air con, huge shower and beds were so comfy also tv had bbc1/2 itv and c4 and 5 if needed Pool - cold when first get in but fine - lots of loungers and pool bar ok for drinks No need to bring towels as hotel will provide if you ask and you can change them daily. Food - on all inclusive but would say more like full board with drinks but nothing to complain about. Drinks very nice and food was very fresh and healthy - we enjoyed every meal Restaurant very cold in the evening so you will need a jumper, was better on last night as they put the heaters on. Beach - a short stroll away with couple nice beach bars to stop in Would we return - hotel yes, island no - this is a little gem of a hotel but we didn’t like the island landscape (literally nothing here) and the wind but that’s just our opinion.

Truly disappointed with this hotel. A number of reasons however the main one being their food. Sea food, sea food and more sea food. Oh and a bit of dry chicken and cold veg rice. Definitely do not recommend if you're under 50. No music by the pool, no entertainment. Just no atmosphere about the place at all. Ants in the rooms and sickness on the 3rd day. You couldn't get a bottle of water, you could only fill up a paper cup in the bar. Limited cocktails and nearly got charged for drinks around the pool even though I was all inclusive. Will not be staying here again and neither will family or friends after seeing videos of the food choice. Also 20€ deposit for a beach towel... People above is were being super loud and could hear every conversation from the people in the room next to us.

We got a deal through travelzoo for this hotel, our 1st trip to the island. We arrived on 27th Jan, all inc +. We were allowed in to our room early. Room was large with lovely big walk in shower. Room was spotless. Aircon worked well considering the size of the room to cool. TV only has one channel in English, which was DMAX. But, didn't matter as we were out all day. Breakfast was same each day, which is what you expect at an all inc for this price. Bacon was awful, reconstituted !! lunch and dinner much better, with plenty of salads and a good range of hot dishes. fish, pork, veal, chicken, goat dishes served throughout our stay. had a Mexican themed night with Tacos, Fajitas etc. Also had mussels and jumbo king prawns and razor clams. This was the most varied budget All inc we have had, and we have stayed at a lot of hotels. Pool area on second floor was nice. Pool cleaned daily. no issue getting a sunbed, but, hotel wasn't full. Pool is small, but has a disabled access ramp for a wheel chair to be pushed into the water. The hotel is geared up for disabled guests. 2 wheel chair accessible toilets by the pool, and a lift from ground floor. Pool was cool and refreshing but not cold. have been in far colder in Corfu in August!!!! The background music played in pool area was free Jazz pianist, which was ok, but it was on a loop, so after 6 days it got a bit annoying. They could do with some extra tunes.!! All the staff were very friendly, shout out to Artur on the Bar, excellent service and always cheerful. No evening entertainment, but we sat in the restaurant area after dinner and chatted. a lot of people disappeared back to their rooms. As others have stated, there isn't much to do around the hotel, so, if you want somewhere livelier, you need a car, or transport. We drove to the beach in 5 mins. It is huge. very clean with soft sand, unfortunately we couldn't swim as the red flag was flying. So to sum up, we loved the hotel, and 7 days of sunshine made it even better. Its an hours drive from the airport to the resort, and, there are very few petrol stations around, as there is a lot of empty space on the island, unlike Tenerife, where we normally go. If you want night life, then, Costa Calma is not a resort for you, you need the other end of the Island in Corralejo. If you like a quiet relaxing holiday with fantastic beaches then hire a car there are hundreds to choose from.
