The Staff were super nice and the area was so quiet and peaceful. The mall was close enough to walk to and the surrounding area was clean even with nearby construction, they managed to keep their grounds clean.

Front desk always pleasant. Key cards kept giving us issues but they quickly made new ones. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

I reserved my room with the option to pay on site. I didn’t make my stay the first night and assumed since I didn’t show I wouldn’t be charged but I was in fact charged for BOTH days of the stay before I even arrived on the property.
The room was set up in a way that wasn’t too functional but the worst was the bugs.
Found a tick in my bed and a stink bug freely roaming the room.

Check-in was smooth with excellent staff! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The hallway and elevators constantly had an odd odor, but our room was completely fine and smelled fresh. We had breakfast one morning, which was decent. It would be nice if the breakfast continued until around 10:00 or 11:00. Overall, our stay was great!

I wasn’t informed that I had to request to have my room cleaned daily. In the future the staff should inform the clients that is staying overnight.
