Outstanding 5 star hotel excellent service and flights thro easyJet. Stay 2nd to 7th march 25 Rated as a 5 star and truly is 5 star. Reopened on 1st march 25 and has clearly undergone a high quality refurbishment. Staff were welcoming and fantastically friendly throughout our five night stay. Room was immaculate, bed very comfortable and staff serviced the room twice each day. We were upgraded to a top floor room overlooking the pool. Food. We were all inclusive and there was an option to dine inside and outside. This was buffet style with the cooks working in open view. The buffet serving dishes were small and continually replenished with fresh food. There is a dress code in the restaurant, requesting no shorts or sleeveless shirts. Bar service is all branded spirits, draft beers and good choice of cocktails. Pool. Only one main outside pool, all new sunbeds and towel service. I would think that in the high season space may be a limitation for guests. Management ask for no towels on beds before 8am which is refreshing. Gym and spa. Gym equipment is sufficient for a hotel facility, the sauna and steam room were high quality. Spa treatments are offered at extra cost. There is a small inside pool. We travelled with EasyJet holidays, transfers were excellent, there is no tour rep which suits us and avoids the excursion sales talk. We received updates of return transfers by text on arrival. WiFi in the hotel is good and free. I cannot fault the hotel or the EasyJet service. This is the second season this hotel has opened with new owners since the beginning of 2024.
