The location, decor and vibe of this hotel are perfect. The laid back atrium environment is a nice place to hang out. The staff are professional and helpful at all times. The rooms - we had 2 - are comfortable in that scandì way. Excellent bathroom. I thought that the breakfast pastries were superlative - outstanding. A great 2 night stay in Copenhagen. I will return for sure. One small thing: I loved their shoe horn and wish that I had taken it home with me! Unfortunately my conscience forbade me from doing so! Sadly they do not sell this simple excellent accessory.

Had an enjoyable 4 night stay here. Great location across the road from Train station and Tivoli gardens. Nice light room looking over to Tivoli with a great view of the firework display on Saturday night. Comfortable beds and good selection of hot and cold dishes at breakfast. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Kurt the concierge who took time to tell us about places to visit, marking them out on a handy street map for us.

My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

It’s first visit to Copenhagen for my husband and I, I booked standard room with water view for the night before cruise holiday, were very happy with the whole experience. The room was spacious with two large and comfortable beds. All stuff were approachable, friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and tasty. We had burgers for lunch which was really yummy. Furnitures were slightly dated but all in good condition and clean.

Because the passport was lost in the Netherlands, I did not stay at this hotel. . . Scandic Copenhagen is certainly at the top of the quality you can expect from a hotel. If you are looking for details/nice-to-have: The reception could have been a little more engaged when we had questions. Minibar/fridge in the room would be nice. Poor options for connecting your own media to the TV. Missed the standard fried egg at breakfast. This is details which a lot of hotels don't have, so we didn't expect it. Cleaning must be ordered at reception, which I think is a nice solution - but I would prefered a more digital solution. If we had stayed longer, I would be nice to ”order” towels or laundry/pick up in the hallway.

A very aesthetically pleasing hotel with lots of pictures, sculpture and fun exhibits and lights. Huge venue with several bars and restaurants - the ones we tried were very good. Great service from lots of staff. Big room, very comfortable and clean. Only issue was that the toiletries in the bathroom were not filled up. The gym and pool area are very well Equipped although I didn’t like the fact the gym was on a glass corridor where people walk past with their bags etc.

The hotel is located near the University of Copenhagen, very close to various attractions, we are walking a day There is a bar across the road, and no noise can be heard in the arranged room Booked 2 rooms at the same time, one on the 2nd floor and the other on the 4th floor. I don’t know how to arrange it. The slope on the fourth floor, the room is very small, the bed is very small, there is a kettle, coffee and premium drinks, no bathtub, dry and wet separated by a curtain, shower water is very small, no hotel breakfast The appearance of the hotel is still very nice, the lobby is ok, the front desk English is good, the attitude is good, the credit card guarantees, the check-out is very fast, I asked if I had any consumption without checking the room, I stayed for two nights, not cheap, but quite satisfied

The location is good and the service is quite nice. Just that the single room is unbelievably small and there is no fridge in the room either. Another thing I have to mention is that the bathroom door simply won't stay open and keeps shutting automatically, which is absolutely dreadful. The shower door is broken. A very nice hotel, Scandic Hotel🏨 is a Nordic hotel chain located throughout the Nordic region. This hotel is very good in terms of facilities, service, breakfast etc. The only drawback is that it is a little far from Copenhagen Central Station and a little distance from the city center. Location: excellent. Just a relatively short walk to the train stations nearby. Amenities and conveniences all around. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They are always available to you and ready to answer questions via the Cityhub app. (Psst. you can alter the colors of your Hub lights) Great and speedy Wi-Fi connection. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. You can leave your luggage at the lockers after checking out. Convenient! Lounge area is a great spot to hang out. There are drink vending machines, beer on tap and self-serve coffee machines available. You pay for them when checking-out and it’s affordable. I am a smaller person so the hub space and bed size was more than adequate. Bed was super comfy. They space guests out so you don’t have to worry much about noise and not getting a good night’s rest. There are charging and a couple of USB ports next to the bed plus a Bluetooth speaker for you to play some tunes. You’re also provided with fluffy towels and bathrobe. Communal kitchen - Basic amenities like microwave and kettle. Fridge: You can prep your food and store your leftovers in the plastic containers provided. You’ll just label them with your room number and date of check-out. Do bring flip flops for the showers, or you can buy basic toiletries from the vending machines. The spacious communal toilet area has shower and toilet stalls for privacy. Everything has been clean, private and most importantly, safe. Overall a fantastic experience!

Booked Coco hotel on a sort of a rush for New Year and by a recommendation from a friend. When I checked the reviews later on was a bit hesitant about my decision, complaints about cleaness, noise, service. In my case I found all the opposite. First great surprise: I had to make an ammendment on my booking and Coco hotel staff was accomodating. Service and communication: Before my arrival, I made few inquiries by email to Coco Hotel. I got everything sorted out, the replies were fast and got tons of useful information. Room were not big, not great but for Europe and Particularly Copenhagen standards were good enough I stayed in Winter so a fridge wasn't something i really needed. Room service came everyday, very clean and kind, always with a smile. Coco Hotel also has a very nice Coffee/bar on the first floor. I was staying on the level 1 (not ground level) and hardly heard a noise Lonela and Saulius at the frontdesk were always responsive and very very ver kind.

The hotel breakfast is really amazing. There are actually herring steaks, soaked in garlic sauce, the taste is absolutely amazing. Yogurt with a variety of raspberries, accompanied by eating, tastes pure, without any processed taste, it is really pure large fruit without adding. The bread is also delicious, sandwich jam bread baked by yourself. There is a lake behind the hotel, you can go for nothing, Nordic style, and contact with nature. The only disadvantage is that it is a little far from the Central Station, but if the luggage is not very large, walking is acceptable, about 800 meters. Easy shopping around. Personally, in order to taste breakfast, I can go to live once.

Hotel in excellent location, close to station and all types of public transport. Felt modern and energetic. Beautiful spaces, great room at a good price. Clean and no noise pollution. We had quite a labyrinth to get to the room. Breakfast good and extensive. The downside was the loud music all day long in the public areas, which could be turned down or turned off. Because it certainly wasn't my taste in music.

The room we got had not air condition (I think no one of the rooms does) and was terribly warm. When we opened the window we were unable to sleep because the combined noise from the airport, train, metro and cars travelling beneath us. But this is not enough we never received information about road work in front of the hotel. The GPS was unable to drive us to the parking and we were spinning around the Bella Center area in Copenaghen. When we in the end found the parking, by the way the hotel is neighbour with Burger King drive in, we found that the light in the stairs is slow and we almost stumbled down the cement floor. I will never set my feet again in that horrible cement place

The standard double room booked is upgraded to a comfortable double room for free, the room is large and the sanitary conditions are good Maybe because the room is in the top corner, the wifi signal is not very good. After reporting to the waiter, I have been actively solving and asking for feedback, and are willing to change the room for us. Although they have tried hard, the signal is still not good, but they can accept it. , Praise their service attitude. Breakfast is delivered to the door of the room, and a newspaper is also provided, which is very considerate, and the breakfast will change a little every day. The hotel is very close to the central station and travel is very convenient.

Having tootled across Denmark for 10 days, I became something of an expert at navigating best value hotels... this one wins hands down. Like, by a country mile! Despite being in a kinda scuzzy neighbourhood, which for some reason is where most cities' primary train stations seem to be located (hotel is about 3mins walk from Copenhagen Central - best to exit station at rear) this place comes with NONE of the slapdash, take-it-or-leave-it, mouldy, threadbare, thin-walled, stinky vibes that one usually finds in hotels in such hoods. The place is spotless...bathroom was immaculate (no tiny little latherless green soaps here, but rather Oriental Lavender bodywashes, if you don't mind!)...the room itself: modern, relatively spacious, hard floors with that ”Scandinavian” Ikea-esque furniture and bedding. Bedside chargers. Cool TVs that let you mirror your phone as Boris Johnson finally resigned. Small fridge. Aircon. Nice towels. ”New-feeling” crisp bedding. And perhaps the best thing, was the overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They genuinely seem to all take pride in how they run the operation. You can get laundry done at their nearby sister hotel The Saga (where staff were also really nice). Anyway... enough blathering...I normally only write reviews on here when I'm pissed off with something. It was nice to write some positivity for a change. If it's available at a good rate (and the prices were good) you don't need to look anywhere else. S
